It has been a week already since Taeyeon and Tiffany got back together though they still trying to adjust, everything seems to be going well with them.

The constant arguing between them is their only problem. Taeyeon is having a severe alcohol withdrawal symptoms. She is having a hard time controlling herself not to drink making Tiffany mad at her.

"Where are you going?", Taeyeon suddenly asks startling Tiffany who is currently preparing to go out.

Since they got back together, Tiffany haven't checked her bar since then and tonight she needs to take care of some business as she has no one to rely on that.

"My God, Taeyeon!", she says while holding her chest. "I thought you were sleeping already",

"I am but I heard some noises. Where are you going at this hour?",

"Go back to sleep, love. I will be back in an hour or two. There's something that came up that I need to check. I'll be quick",

"What is it that you have to go out at this hour?", Taeyeon asks looking at her suspiciously seeing her putting makeup.

Tiffany haven't told her about the bar that she owns because she still can see Taeyeon struggling from keeping herself away from not drinking though she is allowing her to drink light one but in moderations.

"Um- It's okay, love. It will be quick. No worry. I gotta go. I love you",

Taeyeon wants to be mad and jealous because she can feel that Tiffany is lying to her. All of a sudden the past is coming back and it is making her anxious.

She tried to go back to sleep but she kept tossing around the bed thinking Tiffany might be doing something again. She feels like crying and she can't think straight.

Taeyeon got up and change. She needed her friend; hard drink. She choose not to drive because she doesn't know if Tiffany will come to pick her up.

Fortunate for her to hail a cab at that hour easily so, in less than half an hour Taeyeon is back to her safe haven. The bar.

The security in front already knew her and greeted her as they saw her walking towards the entrance. "We haven't seen you for a long time. Thought you already found a new place",

"I wouldn't find a New one if I already found the best one. I'll see you around",

As she went inside she can't help but to smile knowing that she can finally be at ease and her worries will be washed away. She quickly went straight to the bar stool and waves to the bartender who were surprise to see her.

"What are you doing here? I mean- You haven't been visiting for quite awhile",

"Ah. You know something just came up. Anyways, can I have the usual, please",

The bartender scratches his head because they were instructed by Tiffany not to give her anything. "Um-uh. Just a moment. I run out of whiskey. I'll go get one at thrn back",

Taeyeon nodded and just randomly scanned the bar which she never did before. She is trying see if there will be fimiliar faces in the crowd  but no one.

Meanwhile, the bartender went back and shoot Taeyeon an apologetic smile which confuses her but the next thing that happens makes her froze.

"Kim Taeyeon follow me! Now!!!",

It was like Taeyeon got the worst surprise of her life Tiffany suddenly came out of nowhere looking at her so mad like it was the first time that she ever saw her that mad and it scares the living hell out of her.

She closely followed her behind and it makes her confuse why they are going that way. She can rooms after room and then Tiffany open the door that has the word 'boss'

"Now tell me, what the are you doing here? My God. Taeyeon, you were sleeping already. How did you get in here?",

“Why are we here? Is there something that you're not telling me, Fany-ah?",

"Don't answer me with another question. Answer me, why are you here? Don't answer me that you just want to drink! Don't with me",

Tiffany is not mad but rather frustrated because it seems like helping her be better again is not going to happen seeing her not exerting any efforts to be well.

"You left me. You didn't tell me where you going, who you are meeting with at this hour!", Taeyeon replies and accidentally raised her voice.

"You came here to get drunk because you thought that I'm cheating on you again", Tiffany is trying to hold back her tears because she didn't expected it and it was confirmed when Taeyeon suddenly lowers her head. "I told you that I have some business to do. This is what I mean by that. Taeyeon, I am done with modeling. I bought this place after we broke up and since then I am managing this alone. Yes, I own this place. And no, I didn't know at first that you were the one that my staff are talking about until I saw you one night myself",

Tiffany took a long and deep breath trying not to breakdown. "I didn't know what to do when I saw because I promise you that I am going to keep a distance with you. So, I instructed my staff not to give you those strong drinks that you were ordering",

"I am trying my best to make it up to you. It is hard for me watching you transforming into someone you're not supposed to be and I blamed myself for that. All of this is my fault. And I will never forgive myself if something happens to you",

"Fany-ah",

"Get out, Taeyeon. Just do whatever you want. It's your life anyways", Tiffany turn her back from her as she quickly wipes those tears that escapes her eyes before going back to her desk.

"I didn't mean to- I'm sorry", Taeyeon gives up seeing her went back working on some files.

Taeyeon is starting to question her life choices as she step out of her office. But instead of going back to the bar stool, she suddenly plopped down to the floor.

One by one all of her decisions came back to her. That's the only time that she realize how stupid she was. She forgot that life doesn't stop when someone leave.

Life must go on whatever or whoever left us. People leaving us should be our reason to make ourselves a better version of it. We cannot let it destroy us and we can't let it makes us destroy ourselves.

It was already half past two in the morning when Tiffany finishes signing all documents and reviewing some receipts. She stretches and that's when she remember Taeyeon.

"Oh my God. I forgot to check on her", she quickly grab her bag and phone and as she open to her surprise, Taeyeon is sleeping on the floor with her back and head leaning towards the wall.

Tiffany kneel down and touch her face that is cold. It is quite chilly in that hallway because it is near their stockroom. "Love, wake up",

She tried waking her up several times because Taeyeon seems to be really sleepy already and having a hard time opening her eyes. "Taeyeon, come on. Let's go home",

"Hmm. What time is it?", Taeyeon asks while rubbing her sleepy eyes.

"It's already 2:30am. Why are you sleeping here? You can sleep inside my office. Your hand are cold too", 

Tiffany rub both of her hands to hers to warm her cold hands. And then she helps her to get up. Taeyeon is avoiding her eyes and she immediately notices it.

But Tiffany decided to go home before talking to her about what happened and she wants to hear Taeyeon's side before coming into conclusions.

At home, 

Tiffany and Taeyeon are quietly sitting on there bed and waiting for one of them to start talking. Everything that is happening to them, they have to do something, they need to do something about it if they want to rekindle their love for each other.

"Taeyeon, can you be honest with me. Are you just pretending that you have already forgiven me? Or are you- I don't know",

"I swear I already did. I'm sorry for doubting you, for suspecting you",

"Do you want me to give some space and time? If that will help I can do that for you because I can't see you destroying yourself because of them, because of me. I know I am partly one of the reason why you're being like this",

Tiffany is fighting her tears but she failed when Taeyeon is the first one to break down. One of her hand caresses Taeyeon's face. "I know you're hurting. I am hurt too. All I want is for you to be the Taeyeon that we all know. The Taeyeon that we all love. I miss the old you, I miss my bestfriend",

"No. Don't go. Don't leave me again. I'm scared that if I will be alone again I might do something that I cannot forgive myself. I need you to hold me now. I need you to tell me what I need to do. I need you to help me because I am so scared",

Taeyeon is crying her heart out to Tiffany. She's been holding all that inside her and that causes her a lot. "Don't let me go. I'm scared. I'm scared every morning when I don't even recognize myself. This is all my fault. I am not strong enough to overcome everything. I let those hatred, emotions to destroy me. Help me, please",

"It's going to be okay, love. You will be fine. I promise I won't leave you alone again. I will be by your side waiting for the real you to come back to me. Whatever that is, I still love you the same. That will never change. But you have to promise me that you will help yourself. I won't be able to be guide all the time or watch you all the time because I need to work for us now",

"I'm sorry for burdening you. You can have my savings, fany-ah",

"Stupid. I didn't meant about money. What I am trying to tell you is that not all the time I will be there to help because you have to learn how to help yourself without relying to anyone",

"I'm sorry",

Tiffany sigh. "Stop saying sorry. I don't want to hear you apologizing for something that isn't your fault. Can I hug you?", she ask.

Instead of hugging her, Taeyeon suddenly pulls her closer and captures Tiffany's lips. It was their first kiss since the got back together because Taeyeon seems to be not ready for that since the image of Tiffany kissing someone still haunts her.

Tiffany was surprised with her actions but she is happy nonetheless. She misses her. She almost forget how it feels like to be kiss by the person she loves that most.

"I love you, Taeyeon. But, as much as I like what you are doing right now we can't", she stops her as Taeyeon started kissing her on the neck. She saw hurt in her eyes. "Hey, it's not what you think. I want to make love with you but not right now. Actually, I am really tired and you're sleepy. We both can't perform if we are like this, don't you think?",

On cue, Taeyeon suddenly yawn making them burst into laughter. "I guess you're right. Can we cuddle until we both fell asleep? I haven't been able to sleep properly for months that's why I've been relying on alcohol to help me fall asleep",

"I know. But you don't need those now. We have each other now. You have me now, love. Come on, go to bed first. I will just change my clothes. You too. Don't sleep wearing that tight pants",

When Tiffany is about to walk away, Taeyeon stops her. And instantly a smile that is too familiar with Tiffany flashes on her face. "I said not tonight, love",

"What? I didn't ask you that",

"I know that smile, Kim Taeyeon",

Taeyeon smile showing her chin dimple. "Okay. We're not doing it tonight but can you not wear anything while we are sleeping. You used to not wear anything before, right?",

Tiffany was about to say no to her but her cute pouting face is hard for her to reject. "Fine. No monkey business, Taeyeon. I swear don't start and left me hanging. You're eyes are so sleepy already",

"I promise. I just miss your warmth and your sweet smell. I want to remember you again. I want to remember how it feels like to be held by someone who loves you",  Taeyeon confesses.

She's longing for love. She's longing to be loved.

Tiffany shoot her a sympathetic smile. "Like I said, you will be fine. It will not be soon but it will. Just trust the process. Together. Okay?", 

"I love you", 

After that night, Taeyeon started seeing a therapist. It was hard for her to open up at first because she find it hard to let other people to know her problems.

But in the end, with the constant reminder from her therapist that it will never be okay if she will keep everything inside her. She then let it all go.

After that, she feels lighter. A big load has been lifted from her. Tiffany can see improvement and she can never be proud of her.

Tiffany herself continues going to her therapy. She wanted to finish all of her remaining sessions. She wanted to finish what she already started.

3 months later.

None of the girls knew that the two got back together and that Tiffany is already back.

Taeyeon and then has been exchanging messages asking each other 'how are you'. Taeyeon also forgot to tell them about Tiffany.

She only informs them about her having weekly psych  sessions. They are happy for what she is doing and they also tells her how proud they are for doing such thing and also for wanting to be better.

When Taeyeon is doing fine and getting better, it is now Tiffany's time to face one of her fears; meeting old friends who she lost contacts months ago.

"I forgot that I need to sign some documents back at the bar. I will pick you up instead later or just ask them to drive you there", Tiffany lied. 

They just arrived at the restaurant where the girls are all waiting for them. 

Taeyeon notices her being anxious and uneasy. She's breathing heavily like she is so nervous. "Fany-ah, relax. They will not do anything to you. It's my turn to help you and protect you. You can't hide from them forever. Remember you say that we will be in this together. Let's go?", 

"I-I don't know. Love, I can't. Maybe not today, I am not yet ready. Just go-", Tiffany was cut when Taeyeon suddenly pull her off and kiss her on the lips. 

Taeyeon kiss her because that's the only way she could think on calming her. But it did not when Tiffany didn't response to her kisses. 

When they pull away, Tiffany releases a deep sigh before looking outside the window with the overlooking of the inside of the restaurant. 

"Hey, relax. Please let me help you this time. You've been nothing but a great support to me. If it wasn't for you I wouldn't be able to be back to my usual self, not totally but I am getting there and that's what I want you to be"

"Fany-ah, you think I didn't know what you were doing. I know you're pretending to be strong for me because up until now you've been blaming yourself for what happened to me. You've been blaming yourself for something that was my fault",

Taeyeon can see how she's struggling on her own but when they're together she is like putting a mask so that Taeyeon wouldn't notice it.

"They are your friends too. Okay, they are not happy with what you did before but that's normal. But, I know for sure that they are all very understanding. Face your fears is what you always tells me. It's your turn now, Fany-ah. Just give it a try. We will leave if s happens to you. Okay? ", Taeyeon will do everything to give her back the favor of helping her be better again.

And that's all the convincing that Taeyeon did. Tiffany finally step out of the car, trailing behind Taeyeon as they enter the restaurant. 

Taeyeon scans the restaurant and instantly spotted the girls. "Let's go?", 

While the girls are busy catching up with one another, that they didn't notice Taeyeon is already standing in front of them. 

"Hi girls!", Taeyeon happily greeted them. 
 

All of them look at her and hug her. They are happy to see her after a very long time. They haven't seen her because Taeyeon wouldn't let them see her.

It is the first time that they see her almost back to her old self. She's smiling. She's laughing again which is a good sign of her healing from the past. 

"You look so alive! We miss you, Taeyeon", Sunny said after their group hug. 

They still haven't notice Tiffany who is standing behind them not too far from where they all standing. The girls started going back to their sits when Taeyeon clears to get their attention. 

"Girls~", she started before grabbing Tiffany's hand and pull her closer to her. "Fany-ah is also here with us. I know you haven't seen her too", 

All 6 girls look at each other before looking at her. Tiffany and Taeyeon couldn't read their expression. It was a mix of happiness and disgust. 

"Oh. So, when did the two of you got together?", Sooyoung coldly asks her

"Almost a month now", Taeyeon answers for her. "Where do you want to sit?", 

"I'll sit on the corner", she replies with a very low voice. 

The girls are just watching how Taeyeon is taking care of Tiffany like they didn't went through a breakup which they all find it strange. 

"Did you order already?", Taeyeon asks

"Not yet, unnie. We're waiting for you", YoonA replies

Taeyeon then call out the waiter and one by one the girls started ordering their foods. Meanwhile, Tiffany is not feeling well not because she is feeling sick but because of the look that the girls are throwing at her. 

"Love, what do you want to eat?", she asks her

Upon hearing her call Tiffany that, the girls couldn't help it be to snickers and scoffs. Taeyeon look at them before looking back to her girlfriend.

"You want some pasta? Salad? I think their steak is good too. Want to have same as mine?",

"Okay",

Taeyeon then ordered for the two of them and add some more that she knows Tiffany would like to have.

"Is your role have changed after your breakup?", Yuri jokes.

"No, because we don't even have that to begin with. Why do you have any problem with that, Yuri?", Taeyeon is not taking her joke lightly

"Easy girls", Sunny came in between them.

Taeyeon was about to say something again but the waiter walks in just in time to put water on the fire that has started.

No one dare to speak again but their side glances is making Taeyeon irked. She hates it. For her it feels like they are silently talking about Tiffany with those looks in their eyes.

Her last straw is when Sooyoung and Yuri made a remarks about a model who cheated on her husband that was on the headline.

"Enough! What the hell is wrong with you all? You think I didn't notice the way you're looking at Fany-ah! Why? Did she do something to all of you? Why are you all acting like she has done something to make you all feel disgusted or something! Tell me!", Taeyeon angrily throws her utensils on her plate.

"Taeyeon, it's fine. Calm down", Tiffany whispers to her before squeezing her hand. She then look at their friends who are now glaring at her. "I think we should go now. I'll go pay for our dinner. Let's go?",

Sooyoung scoffs. "You think we cannot pay for our meals?",

The younger girls are trying to stop her but even the others are teaming up against Tiffany. "Unnie, that's enough",

"I think my memory is still sharp. And as I can remember, it was me who got hurt but why are you all acting like Tiffany hurt you too? I get it, you're my friend and her friend too but you're acting like this without even knowing the whole story!",

"Wow! You really thought that we didn't know? It was all over the news!",

Tiffany doesn't have any idea what she was talking about. "What news?",

"That you and Harry are really dating that time. He even shared some of your photos together. We even saw you two at the hotel. Now you still have the guts to show up and be with Taeyeon again after all that you have done to her! You left her when she needed you the most. You hurt her when she is already bleeding inside. What do you expect us to believe, to act?",

All the girls are looking at Tiffany waiting for her to say something but Taeyeon's dark aura caught their attention.

"And you believe him? What if I tell you that he talked to me and explain the truth? What if I told you that all of are making me feel not her all this time, huh?",

"Excuse me! We were there for you because you're our friend and friends should be there for each other!", Sunny butts in

"Exactly! Friends are supposed to have each others back but you all turned your back to Tiffany without even knowing the truth from her! Then what, you've been forcing me to forget about her, that she did all that because she wanted it. Do you think that really helped me? You all just made me feel worst than I already feel! That's the reason why I distance myself from all of you!", Taeyeon finally said it. She's been keeping that from them and even Tiffany doesn't know about it.

The girls all looked down feeling guilty. None of then realized what they were doing is not actually helping their friend but they were harming her instead.

Taeyeon didn't only distance herself from them but she also limits her communication with them. And that's how she found a new friend; alcohol.

"Unnie",

"Love, that's enough", Tiffany is trying to stop Taeyeon from saying anything that may hurt the girls feelings. "I'm sorry, girls. I really didn't know about that news. After I left, I changed my number and I haven't watched or read any news since then. I have my reasons for doing what I did and I hope you wouldn't asks me why because Taeyeon and I already talked about it. We already put that behind us already",

Tiffany took a deep breath and look up trying her best to control her tears. "I'm sorry for causing all this. Hurting you all is never my intention. All that I can say right now is that I really want to be with Taeyeon. I really love your friend and I am deeply sorry for hurting her and not for being there with her. But I am begging you all to let me fill in the void the I left in her life"

"I messed up. I made a stupid mistake. And I am paying the price for it now. I am not asking you to accept me in your group or as a friend but I am asking you right now to be more understanding to Taeyeon. She's your friend and I don't want to see your friendship with her to fell apart because of me",

Tiffany can be the most selfless person out of all them because from time to time she has proven that she is willing to step aside for them especially to her girlfriend.

"Taeyeon!", they all shouted at the same time when she run out of the restaurant. 

Tiffany quickly follows her and saw her waiting outside her car. She doesn't look good. "Love, talk to me. What's wrong?", 

"I hate them for hating you without knowing the truth. They can't act like they know everything based on that  stupid news. I love them but
