Taeyang went home with a heavy heart, he went straight to his room and changed, he lie down on his bed, he closed his eyes trying to forget what happened, but instead he keep seeing Christine. Suddenly, someone was at the door.

He stood up to check on his security screen, it was Seung-ri. He paused and think of not answering..

“I know you’re there and I know you’re still up..open the door or suffer the consequences” Seung-ri smiling mischievously on the camera.

Taeyang, shook his head and let him in.

“what took you so long? Do you have a girl in here?” Seung-ri teases as he looked around

“Nope, I’m all by myself. I was in the bathroom” Taeyang lied

Seung-ri nodded and smiled as he showed him a plastic of beer

“oh no, I’m not drinking” Taeyang uttered

“C’mon! just two bottles! Celebrate with me” Seung-ri replied

Upon hearing that, Taeyang stopped and looked at him

“celebrate with you? For what?” he asked

Seung-ri smiled.

“to celebrate my cho-sarang(first love)” Seung-ri replied happily

Taeyang smirked and took the plastic. He went to the kitchen to get some ice and glasses

“So are you sure about this?” Taeyang asked him

Seung-ri just nodded and hugged him,

“this feeling is all new to me, and its scary” Seung-ri uttered

Taeyang just sighed and tapped his back.

“It is good and scary, but have you told her about it?” He asked

Seung-ri lets go and shook his head

“how do I tell her?” Seung-ri asked

“w-what? I don’t know” Taeyang replied

“Of course you can,” Seung-ri uttered

Taeyang just looked at him

“She said sorry to me on our way back” he uttered, Taeyang just looked at him

“She said she knew you, she said you were classmates before and that she was surprised she saw you again that’s why she reacted like that” Seung-ri explained

“really?” Tayeang asked smiling

“yes, but she’s not the girl you’ve fallen in love with right?” Seung-ri asked

Taeyang paused and looked at Seung-ri

There was silence, “what will I say? “ he asked himsef

“it isn’t her right?” Seung-ri asked

“N-no” Taeyang uttered and looked away

“Whew! That’s a relief!” Seung-ri uttered.

Seung-ri checked his watch, “It’s getting late, I have to go, I told Chris that I’d take her out around Seoul” he uttered smiling

“Chris?” Taeyang asked

“Yup, that;s what I call her. I’ll just call you tomorrow, bro! Thanks a lot!” Seung-ri replied and tapped Taeyang’s shoulder, and left.

He looked at the door, his shoulder’s drop and he looked down.

“what have I done? “ he told himself.

Seung-ri went to his car, and paused, as he recalls the day Teayang returned to Seoul, the time when he got drunk and poured his heart out, it was also the time he saw the picture of Christine in his wallet. He knew that Taeyang forgets everything when he's drunk so he never mentioned about it to him, he waited for Taeyang to confide in him, but Taeyang never did.

He was in Jeju a week ago, he was there to do a presentation for the hotel, on his way there he stopped by a convenience store to buy some breath mints, he was choosing which flavor he’d get when someone spoke

“excuse me, I’ll just get one” The girl spoke

He turned to look and was surprised, he knew he knows the girl but can’t remember where he saw her. The player that he is, he used it to get to satisfy her curiosity.

“is that good?” he asked the girl

The girl looked and smiled at him “well yes, its peppermint, its sweet and minty”

He nodded, “Are you sure? Can I get your name and number as guarantee, coz if it’s not good I’ll have to call you and complain” He replied

“ha-ah, okay that’s good. This is what I want and I’ll leave you alone” she replied and went to the cashier.

He took one of the mints and followed her to the cashier.

He hurried after her and stopped her.

“I’m sorry, it was very arrogant of me, I’m Seung-ri” he uttered

The girl smiled “Its okay, I should be careful talking to strangers” she replied

“and your name?” he asked nicely

“Christine” she replied, upon hearing that, he remembered Taeyang.

“I knew it! why do you still deny it?” he uttered as he shook his head as he returns to the present

“we’ll see how long you can keep it” He uttered smirking.

He took his phone and texted

“I’ll see you tomorrow. Goodnight”

And press send, as soon as he sends it he sighed, then he receives a

Text, “yes, see you tomorrow. take care and thanks for the ride :)”

He closed his eyes, “can I do this?” he whispered to himself.
