Lee Donghae 

Lee Donghae is not one of those people who are shy, timid or quiet. He acts recklessly and treats anything and anyone with no respect. Dealing, consuming drugs any kind and sleeping around is his common routine. Donghae also lacks a lot of academic potential since he usually doesn't even show up for classes. And if he does then he occupies himself with bullying his schoolfellows and get in trouble with teachers. All in all Donghae SEEMS obnoxious and crude consequently many prefer to shun him. 
 

Kim Hyuna (Queen and 'subjects')

Kim Hyuna is an aspiring actress or let's say wannabe actress. Her skills appear ot be nonexistent. But Hyuna still is ambitious and craves a role in an upcoming drama for whose audition she is preparing. Although she puts much effort and passion in developing her acting skills she keeps her dream a secret because Hyuna also is Queen Bee at her High School. As she is aware of her horrible acting she wants to maintain her image as the queen who is incessantly perfect and flawless in any ways. She also is Nicole's best friend. 

 

Son Dongwoon 

Son Dongwoon's dream is to become a singer. His parents - on the other side- are of the opinion that the world of entertainment is the worst path to go and are strictly against their son's goals. So they decide to cancel all of his dancing and singing lessons and try to persuade him to go to a boarding school abroad, where he can fully concentrate on his studies. After reveiving the announcement Dongwoon locks himself up in his room, packs his things and leaves the house ragingly through the window. He finds accomadation at Donghae's apartment (he lives alone), who Dongwoon has known since his childhood.

 

Jung Nicole 

She comes from a wealthy family status. Her father is the president of many SeoulBeauty offices - model agencies -in Seoul which allows the family Jung to effort the lifestyle they have! Nicole is actually very bright and does amazingly in school, but as a nerd she also noticed that boys normally prefer to avoid any contact and don't even bother to build any social ties with her. Because of the lack of friends and love she gets from her parents, who are in the midst of divorcing, she has decided to transform into an Aegyo-Girl. Acting cute in front of others and only wear tight dresses instead of lumpy sweaters is her new technigue to get the attention she's yearning for within.  

 

Choi Sulli 

The adorable little princess is the halfsister of Donghae. Their mother got pregnant with Sulli after a brief affair she had with President Jung, the father of Nicole, 16 years ago. Both adults decided that it was a big mistake and went seperate ways. At that point she still wasn't aware of the consequences to follow soon. 16 years has past by and Sulli now is living with her mother in an small apartment which is located very near a slum. As the bills are browbeating the two womem more and more every passing days, Sulli asks her mother one question whose response gives her a self given mission to complete. "Who is my Father?" 

 

Choi SeungHyun (T.O.P.)

Plainly the most coveted playboy in Seoul. SeungHyun is a former model and in face of his 22 years he is currently working at the main SeoulBeauty Office located in the city center as the representative chief. He is known for lacking professionality at work and his promiscuous behaviour. Arriving unpunctually, flirting with models and attempting ual harassment now and then. Thanks to his handsome appeaerance he's able to keep his job since he figured out that the beauty business is just about your looks and features. Your skills are minor matters. After accepting superficiality SeungHyun started adapting that way of thinking. Inner beauty and love don't exist in his dictionary. 

 

Hwang Tiffany 

Moving to the US, leaving everything behind and starting a new lifestyle and accepting the western culture was too overwhelming for six year old Tiffany. But although she was abruptly pulled out of her normal rountine she quickly integrated herself. Not that it wasn't already hard enough to experience a whole new country and culture for the last 12 years, Tiffany has to move back to Korea after her father was garrisoned in Seoul consequently she is dumbfounded and furious. She tries to persuade her father hard to let her graduate in America and stay at a friend's place for the next year without any success. Tiffany is a sixth-former therefore she has to put even more effort and time into her studies to overcome the language barrier. Also getting to learn a culture she once has loved and forgotten. Starting off as a stranger in a High School whose name she barely can pronounce. Her classmates only give her brief glances then turn away which is probably the result of her hostile behaviour towards everyone. During her abidence in America Tiffany has become spoiled, vain and selfish under the influence of her 'friends'. Tiffany becomes an outcast and isolates herself to avoid 'those idiots', what she likes to call them. But in the moment she's thinking that her life has finally been organized a little, Donghae steps into it, who she used to care about more then anything else in her life.
