Bom slumped into the sofa as she poked at her food, streams of mascara running down her face. Taking note of the main vocal's
appearance, Dara rushed over with a box of kleenex, Chae Rin in tow with ice cream. "Sweetie, you can't keep doing this to yourself."
Dara sighed wiping the tears for her friend. Bom sighed as she lifted her gaze up, as if it could stop her tears from coming down.
"He cheated on me Dara. What am I suppose to do? Pretend I never saw anything?" Bom cried as Chae Rin stuffed a spoonful of ice
cream in . "Unnie, I know it hurts but I mean-- He's with her 24/7. Something was bound to happen."
As if it wasn't obvious enough, Bom started bawling again. With a sigh, Min Ji stood up grabbing her phone. "Where are you going?"
Dara hissed as the maknae walked past her. Plan A wasn't working so she was getting Plan B. Min Ji smiled as she walked to her room,
"you'll see" she whispered as she quickly skipped into her room.
"DAMN YOU LEETEUK" Bom screamed as Dara and Chae Rin jumped a bit. "agree" Chae Rin whispered under her breath.
Youngbae groaned as his phone kept ringing. It was 2 in the morning, whoever was calling better have a good excuse as to why they
were disturbing his 6 hour sleep. His eyes widened as he saw the unexpected caller, picking it up tiredly, "Hey Minz."
Making sure she was out of listening range, she spoke quietly in her room, "Oppa, Leeteuk oppa cheated on Bom unnie and now she's here crying her eyes out. We need sleep but she's not making it easy for us."
Young Bae nodded slowly as he stood up, pulling a hoodie over his bare chest. Making his way down the elevator, he stretched to
relieve the tension in his neck. Bom was his best friend, aside from Ji Yong, whenever she needed him, he made sure he was there.
Bom blew into a kleenex only throwing it onto the screen as Leeteuk's face appeared on We Got Married. The cheater smiling happily.
"What does she have that I don't?" She didn't really ask anyone in particular. "Nothing Bom. You are a thousand percent better." Dara
soothed the poor girl as Min Ji happily made her way into the living room again.
Chae Rin's eyebrows raised as she took in the maknae's smile, "Who did you call?" she questioned, scooting over on the floor so she
could make room for the girl.
"Young Bae oppa."
The girls thanked Min Ji internally as Bom sniffed. YoungBae always knew how to soothe Bom's wounds. Without thinking, Dara spoke,
"Maybe it's time to find someone better"
Bom's jaws dropped as she stared at her best friend, fresh tears appearing, "it's been less then a day since our break up and you're
asking me to find someone else?"
"Unnie, men are cheating pigs. Luckily, you have one of the rare ones. One that will always stay beside you." Chae Rin smiled at her
thought. "One? Leeteuk was the one but he proved your thought wrong."
"No, she didn't." Someone suddenly spoke as their gaze snapped up to the voice of the owner. Young Bae smiled as he made his way toward the crying mess on the couch. His nod allowing the girls to run before Bom grabs them back.
He didn't knock on the door but instead, punched in the lock code of Min Ji and Bom's apartment. He listened carefully at Chae Rin's thought and couldn't agree more. No matter how much he thought he had proven his love for Bom, she seemed to always look past it. It
was time to show her that someone did deserve her love and that she deserved his love. The love he's been wanting to prove to her all
this time.
"And who is this he?" Bom whined as the male sat beside her, chuckling at her usage of kleenex on the floor. "I said I'd always be there
ever since we met, remember?" He stared at her as she nodded. She wasn't actually sure as to why she was crying. She never loved
Leeteuk, well at first she did, but someone else had caught her eye. Someone way to precious to break. She loved Youngbae but she
was scared to break this relationship. She fell in love with her bestfriend. The idea that she had to wait till Leeteuk cheated on her made
her heart break even more beause she should've ended the relationship earlier and yet, she had to be cheated on. It was worst then
anything she had ever felt.
"I pray for all your love everynight and I pray you would realize my love but I might as well say it- I fell in love with my best friend."
She stared at the ground as she listened, "You fell in love with Ji Yong?" Great, things were not going her way.
He groaned with a smile as he pulled her into his chest. She closed her eyes as she rested against his chest. "Not Ji Yong pabo. You."
She stiffened as he said the last word. He loved her? It didn't make sense. If he had loved her, why didn't he tell her.
"I didn't verbally tell you Bom but I did tell you." he said softly as if she spoke her mind. Her heart thumped quickly as she listened to his
beating fast too.
Suddenly, the past conversation with Dara hit her
'It's not like you love him anymore Bom, you should just end the relationship.' As if it was that simple back then, 'I'm going to die alone
Dara'
'No you don't. Someone actually loves you very much."
Her eyebrows furrowed as she thought of someone, 'Of course Leeteuk loves me, we've been together for--"
"Not him Bommie, someone close to you."
She had ignored it but she wished she paid more attention to the signs. It was Youngbae she was talking about. Everyone else saw the love but where had she been all this time?
"Are you okay?" Youngbae finally spoke lifting her chin up. Her eyes slowly met his as it traveled to his lips again. Smiling, he leaned down as he pressed his lips against hers.
"Do you see my love for you now?" he whispered as she smiled, leaning up more. "Of course Best Friend."
