In the Rain
Description
She was the one. Marked with a dove on her right wrist. They didn't know it until they brought her to their castle, in a place, far far away. Where dreams become reality and nightmares lurked in the shadows. They where her soul mates. She was their Saviour. No one is powerful enough against the rising darkness, unless those with power are combined and reunited to form one, unbreakable bond. Until then, no one is safe. Not even her.
Foreword
Eun Mi POV
I was thrown. Dragged. Gagged. Beaten. Snarls and growls were heard but I still squeezed my eyes shut. My tied hand flew to my right wrist as I my wrist, hoping it would calm down the throbbing pain on my dove-shaped birthmark. I heard a gagging sound, and realized it came from my captor. He was held by a neck by a man hidden in the shadows. Both mans' eyes' were bright, as if the brown orbs were lit on fire.
The man holding my captors neck was mad. Furious. Shaking, as if it took a huge effort to control the mixed emotions that were stirred inside him. His upper lip was curled up in a snarl. His name came to me in a flash. My protector; Lee Kiseop.
"Let. Her. Go." Kiseop snarled, glaring at the shivering man, emphasizing each word, not daring to ease his hold on the mans' neck."Or else." He threatened quietly.
"Why?" My kidnapper snarled back, meeting Kiseop's steady, unwavering gaze, not flinching, as if challenging him. "What does she mean to you?"
Time froze as the first raindrop hit me.
