Zico ended up staying for dinner.

“Yes, 5 boxes of pizzas, please, with everything on it along with 4 bottles of soda.” You told the worker the address.

“Is he really staying for dinner?” Zelo pouted. “I feel the same way.” Himchan patted his back.

Jongup was so confused by the new guest who had taken over the living room.

“Thank you.” You hung up, “Pizza will be here soon.”

“Are you serious? We’re letting him stay for dinner?” Youngjae asked in outrage.

“Yes.” Yongguk said. “WHY?!” Youngjae exploded.

“Because he’s paying.” Yongguk simply replied. He went into the living room, stole the remote control from Zico, and turned on a war movie.

Forty minutes later, the doorbell rang. Yongguk opened the door, “Perfect.” He took the pizzas. Zico was walking towards you when Yongguk jabbed a thumb at him, “That guy is paying.” “Huh?!” Zico blinked in bewilderment.

“Thanks, man.” Yongguk went into the kitchen, “FOOD IS HERE!” “YES!” Zelo pumped a fist.

Confused, Zico looked at the pizza delivery boy. He cleared his throat and held out his palm. *Dang! They tricked me!* Zico took out his wallet with a sigh. When he came into the kitchen, the boys were wolfing down the food already.

“Thanks for the food!” Youngjae cracked up and hi-fived Jongup. “Pizza is good.” Himchan grinned.

You gave Zico a plate, “Here.” He took a slice and looked at Daehyun. Daehyun immediately snapped his mask over his mouth, grabbed his plate and soda, and went into the living room. *Freak.* Zico rolled his eyes.

“Do you want cola or sprite?” You asked. “Cola, thanks.” He answered.

You poured soda into a cup and gave it to him. You looked at all the blonde heads around you and grew dizzy *Why are all the guys in my life blonde?*

“Yeojin, get me a napkin.” Yongguk ordered. “Araso.” You got up.

“You sure use your ‘wife’.” Zico snickered. “Yeah, better not use her in the same way. Thanks.” Yongguk took the napkin from you and wiped his lips.

“I know all seven of you had the same foster father but how did the all of you end up staying together?” Zico curiously asked. “We’re family. Families never separate.” Yongguk simply replied. Himchan nodded in forever, “The seven of us will be together forever.”

“Don’t you ever grow tired of each other?” Zico asked. “Not even the slightest?”

“Nope.”

“No.”

“You wish.”

“Never.”

“Just eat your pizza.” Yongguk gave him a look. You chuckled and looked towards the living room. *Daehyun oppa is eating alone. I feel bad for him. He can’t even with us because of his mask.* “Excuse me.” You left the kitcen and went into the living room.

Daehyun glanced at you and quickly put his mask back on.

“Are you doing okay? Do you want some more pizza or anything to drink?” You asked. He shook his head. “Just come and eat with us, oppa. It’s lonely over there all by yourself.” You waved. Daehyun adamantly shook his head. You sighed *Stubborn.*

“YEOJIN! THEY’RE MAKING FUN OF ME! I’M BEING OUTNUMBERED!” Zico complained.

You heard uproarious laughter and went back into the kitchen. “Oppas! Be nice! He bought the pizzas! The least you could be is show respect!”

“Respect…PFFT!” The boys burst into laughter again.

Zico rolled his eyes *Immature fools. If you only didn’t matter so much to Yeojin I would so beat the crap out of you right now.*

After a long dinner, Zico finally decided to go home. “Finally! The outcast blonde is leaving!” Youngjae said rather loudly. You gave him a look. He just laughed and hi-fived Yongguk.

You followed Zico out. “Sorry about the oppas. Um, they can be sort of…hyper.” You muttered apologetically. “Screw that. They’re crazy. They belong in a mental ward.” Zico rolled his eyes. You slightly flinched, “That bad, huh?”

Zico chuckled, “It was all right. They’re a fun crowd...as long as you’re accepted.” He put his freezing hands in his pockets.

You felt bad *He came to spend time with me but ended up wasting all his money in exchange for humiliation. Stupid oppas. They can be so immature.*

Zico read the guilt on your face. “Hey,” He lightly elbowd you. You looked up at him. Zico smiled, “Don’t worry about me. If I can just be with you, I can take endure them any day.” You softly smiled, “Thank you, oppa. You’re very nice. I wish they can see that.”

“Maybe one day I will.” Zico stopped and turned to you, “You should walk back. I can go myself.”

“I’ll walk you to the bus stop-“

“Forget it. Who knows what will happen to you on the way back? You didn’t even bring your phone with you.” Zico pointed out. *True.* You thought. “Well…thank you for the pizza again. And sorry for the lousy Valentine’s Day.” You awkwardly rubbed the back of your neck.

Zico chuckled, “No problem.” “Bye.” You turned to go.

“Yeojin-ah.” He called. You stopped and turned back.

Zico held out the cake pop and smiled, “I’ll treasure this for life. I’ll never eat it but keep it next to my bed so that it would be the first thing I see in the morning and the last thing I see at night.”

“That would defeat the purpose of the treat.” Yet inside you glowed with happiness.

Zico began to walk backwards and waved with a smile, “Sleep well.”

You smiled and waved back, “You, too, Zico oppa.”

He turned around and walked away. Still smiling, you went back home.
