The next morning you did your daily chores and fixed breakfast. While the boys gobbled away, you nervously glanced at them. *What am I supposed to tell them about today?*

“Should we go watch a movie today?” Youngjae asked.

Zelo perked up, “I’m in!”

“If we can close the garage early, we’ll join.” Yongguk said.

Himchan put an arm around you and cooed, “What about you? You’re gonna come with us, right?”

You stiffened. Then you ducked out from under his arm and picked up your plates. “Actually…I have plans tonight.”

“Plans?” All eyes were on you. “Yes. Plans.” You headed to the sink.

“What kind of plan?” Yongguk asked. *I knew he would interrogate me.* You spun around with a fake smile, “Plans with…Jieyon. Um, we’re supposed to go shopping and eat dinner.”

“Oh! I want to come!” Himchan eagerly waved his hand.

Before you could say no, Yongguk hit him on his head. “Ow!” “Leave Yeojin and her friend alone. They want to do girl things.”

You appreciatively smiled at him for understanding but your heart pained with the guilt *Mianhae, oppa.*

“Have fun.” Yongguk smiled and took out his wallet, “Do you need money for tonight?”

You frantically shook your head, “Oh no. I have enough-“

Yongguk shook his head. He took your hand and pressed a wad of bills into your hand. Yongguk enclosed your hand and smiled up at you, “You need more money if you’re going to shop. Buy yourself something pretty.”

You softened, “Thank you, Yongguk oppa…” He lightly patted your cheek and went back to eating.

Your eyes grew wet. *Oh God. I can’t do this. I can’t lie to him like this. What if he finds out?*

“Noona, are you crying?” Zelo asked. All six pair of eyes was on you again.

You quickly looked away and sniffled, “No, I have allergies.”

“Are you sick? Should I get medicine?” Jongup asked.

You shook your head, “I’ll be fine. I should get ready…” You ran upstairs to your room and shut the door. You looked down at the money in your hand. *Yongguk oppa’s hard-earned money. He worked blood, sweat, and tears for this.* You sighed and gripped onto the money *Mianhae, oppa. I’m not betraying you. I just want to find out if Zico is really bad or not.*

Ten minutes to noon, you poked your head out of the bedroom. You glanced around to make sure no one was around. The house was silent. You assumed the boys were either out, sleeping, or playing computer games. You snuck out of your room and tip-toed downstairs. As soon as you were at the bottom of the stairs, you bumped into Daehyun.

You gasped loudly.

He gave you a puzzled look. *What’s wrong with her?*

You let out a shaky breath, “O-oppa, you scared me. What were you doing?”

Daehyun held out the water bottle. “Oh.” You nodded.

 Daehyun glanced at the door. You nodded, “I’m leaving now. So…goodbye!” You ran past him, almost tripping on the way.

Daehyun scratched his head *Why is she running? Is she late? She looked sort of pale and nervous. Or maybe I’m just being paranoid.* He shrugged and went back upstairs.

You ran down the block and finally slowed down when you reached the corner. You stopped to catch your breath and glanced back. *Mianhae, oppas. I’ll be back soon!* You ran to school where you were supposed to meet Zico.

You arrived there but didn’t see any motorcycles. *Where’s Zico? Is he not here yet?*

Suddenly there was a tap on your shoulder. You spun around, your heart beating rapidly. At the sight of Zico, you calmed down.

Zico chuckled, “This secret friendship thing is hard, huh?” You miserably pouted and nodded. “Then you should just tell them.” He said.

You fervently shook your head, “No way! You don’t know what will happen if I do!”

“Enlighten me.” Zico put his hands in his pockets and tilted his head.

 “I’m going to become a Mrs.” You said with a serious face. “Muh?” He grew puzzled.

You waved your hand dismissively, “It’s complicated. So where are we going? And where’s your motorcycle?”

“I realized you didn’t like riding my motorcycle so I left it at home.” Zico smirked. “Wise choice.” You nodded.

“I didn’t want to start our date out bad by you screaming your head off on my motorcycle.” He chuckled. You tapped the toe of your sneakers on the ground and rubbed the back of your neck uncomfortably while biting your lip. “Yeah about that…is this really a date?”

 Zico took your hand with a sparkle in his eyes, “I don’t know. You tell me by the end of the night.” He led you away to the main street to catch a bus.
