The Final Chapter
Koizora (Sky of Love)
Today is the day Taeng's surgery.
Taeng's & Tiffany's parents are already inside the hospital.
The doctor told Taeng to get ready for the surgery.
"Taeng huhuhu you better be alright or else" Hayeon said and glared at Taeng
'oh gosh, My sister is now a bipolar 0_o' Taeng thought to himself
"It's not that I'm going to die" Taeng joked
"Yet." Hayeon added
"Hayeon!" Mr. & Mrs. Kim & Taeng shouted together
"What?" Hayeon said
"Taeng honey. Please be alright. I don't want to lose you." Mrs. Kim said as she hugged Taeng.
"Come on mom. I'll be alright and please don't cry." Taeng said and smiled warmly
Mr. Hwang puts his hand on Taeng's shoulder.
"Taeng my son. You better be alright. You don't want to wait your future-wife in the aisle by herself don't you?" Mr. Kim said
Taeng held his father's hand from his shoulder
"Don't worry Dad. I won't." Taeng said
and they hugged. Without knowing. Mr. Kim shed tears
Taeng noticed it and wiped his dad's tears and hugged him tightly
Mrs. Kim joined the hugged too
As Tiffany's parents turn
"Taeng my future-son-in-law. Please be alright. We'll be praying for your surgery and for your safety" Mrs. Hwang hugged his future son in law
"Thank you Mrs. Hwang" Taeng smiled
"Taeng. Don't make my princess wait for you. and get that surgery over it okay?" Mr. Hwang said and hugged his future son in law
"Thank you Mr. & Mrs. Hwang. I'll be back soon" Taeng said
as Tiffany's Turn
Tiffany hugged Taeng tightly and Taeng hugged back
"Taeng, promise me that you'll be okay." Tiffany said
Taeng felt his shoulder part getting wet then he realized that Tiffany's crying
"don't cry please. I don't like to see you cry. I just wanted to see you smile" Taeng wiped Tiffany's tears
Tiffany smiled despite tears running down her cheeks.
Taeng gave Tiffany a chaste kiss but Tiffany cupped Taeng's face.
Not wanting to let go of their lips and they kissed passionately
They broke the kiss and stared at their eyes
"I love you Kim Taeng" Tiffany said
"I love you too soon to be Mrs. Kim Tiffany" Taeng smiled and gave her a last long passionate kiss before going under surgery.
The doctor walked in to fetch Taeng
"Kim Taeng. It's time." The doctor said and looks over on his watch
Taeng walked beside the doctor.
"Mr. & Mrs. Kim. Like I said. Mr. Kim Taeng has a 50/50 chance that he would survive this surgery. However, I'll try my very best to make him live" The doctor said
"Thank you doctor. Taeng's life is on your hands doc. Please take care of him" Mrs. Kim said and Mr. & Mrs. Kim bowed 90 degrees
The doctor bowed as well
"Let's go Taeng." The doctor said
Taeng followed the Doctor silently while holding his rosary
Mr. & Mrs. Hwang and Hayeon then proceeded in the prayer room at the hospital
While Mr. & Mrs. Kim and Tiffany waited outside the Emergency Room where Taeng is getting a surgery.
Mr. & Mrs. Kim prays silently with Tiffany
"Now Mr. Kim Taeng. I'm going to inject you Anesthesia. Are you ready?" The nurse said
"I'm ready" Taeng said as he was lying in a surgical bed
The nurse injected the Anesthesia
"Now Mr. Kim Taeng. I want you to just close your eyes gently" The nurse said
Taeng obliged the nurse orders and closes his eyes gently
Taeng slowly felt that he was sleepy. after a while Taeng completely gone unconsiousness.
The surgery started as soon as Taeng fell asleep.
4 hours has passed but still the doctor were still trying to remove Taeng's tumor on his brain
The doctors are having a hard time to removed it.
but the doctors won't give up cause' Taeng's life is on their hands and their relatives are depending on them to save Taeng.
--After an Hour--
"Doc. he's getting weaker." The other doctor said
"Just continue. We can't afford to lose him! They are all depending on us!" The doctor shouted
they tried their hardest.
after a while.
*Beep. Beep. Beep. BEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEPPPPPPPPPPPPPPP.*
'I'm sorry.'
Tiffany gasped and Immediately puts her hand over her chest to feel her heartbeat.
'What's this. Why is my Heartbeat going faster. could it be? No it couldn't.' Tiffany thought herself.
