Suspicious Requests“Fine, fine. We’ll go. But we need to eat first, okay?” He looks at her, and she leans in to give him a quick peck.
“Okay.”
And just as promised, an hour after they had eaten and gotten ready, they left the house together.
Now, the decision on where to go had been entirely down to Bong Hee, but after last time, Ji Wook was almost completely certain that he would only inevitably come out of it flustered again. Bong Hee was incredibly talented with winning against him, so the fact that he was even going to step one foot into an arcade with her was a miracle.
Whilst it was also a miracle, there was definitely going to be some disagreements occurring early on.
And sure enough, there were. It was always Ji Wook that started it though.
“Stop beating me at every single game we play!”
“It’s not my fault you’re incapable of throwing basketballs!”
“Okay, then why did you win against me when we were playing table hockey?”
“Because you aren’t quick enough.”
These petty arguments continued for hours on end, each fuelled by another simple mistake on Ji Wook’s behalf or because he kept losing. However, the first instance that he won against her, he was quick to lead Bong Hee to the bar.
She usually would’ve been annoyed but after considering how many losses Ji Wook had endured for a while now, she guessed taking a break and having a quick drink was probably better for the both of them.
