“Yoboseyo?” I answered my phone.

“Ji Hye-ah, are you on the way home from school?” The voice at the end of the line said.

“Ne, Umma.” I replied.

“Ah, good. Could you get some flour for us on the way home? Thanks.”

“Ne.” I hung up.

I made my way towards the supermarket.

I browsed through the shelf full of baking ingredients and tried to find the flour we usually use.

Ah! Found it. Oh look. It’s the last one…

“WAAAAIT!” A familiar voice shouted.

I whipped my head to the right and saw a familiar figure charging towards me.

My eyes grew wide and I ran towards a corner of the supermarket, hoping not to be caught.

“Yah!” The person stopped right in front of me, hands on ‘it’s’ knees and panted.

“Give me that flour.”

“W-wae?” I stared at the person.

“I JUST NEED IT… AND IT’S THE LAST ONE…” ‘it’ replied.
