The streets were damp with the rain that had made an appearance just moments ago. It now summed up to a drizzle, but one made up of heavy drops. 

 

We stood at the door of the center, sheltered under the ceiling of the outer atrium, as I tried to decide both what to do with myself and what to do with Jimin. I hadn't really predicted to be there in the first place, let alone bothered to bring an umbrella.

 

It was nearly not raining at all in my opinion, but one look at the small hybrid and I could see he was wary.

 

Has he ever been outside?

 

I wondered.

 

Looking at him, I decided to lend him my hoodie, so I proceeded to take it off. As I did so I felt some tugging on my shirt. 

 

With one hand, he was reaching out to touch the rain, where the ceiling's sheltering ceased. The other grasped tightly the hem of my shirt.

 

"Ne?"

 

I unbundled the arms of the hoodie that were inside out.

 

"Is water falling from the sky?"

 

I pondered on my answer.

 

"Yeah. It's called rain. It falls from the clouds sometimes."

 

I watched as his plump lips parted slightly in amazement. His rosy cheeks matched his unusual hair color. 

 

Why am I even-

 

"Is they sad?"

 

"What?"
