Taeyong stumbles out of his room and to the bathroom 40 minutes before his alarm gets off and his alarm goes off 20 minutes before Yuta’s alarm goes off. Not that any of that mattered when his head was pounding and his legs felt stiffer than an aged stiff wood. He never figured out why he drank so much when all he gained was unwanted headaches and memory losses. He found comfort that Yuta was with him and he didn’t have to end up looking for a way to get home when he is out of his mind. The first step in getting rid of a hangover was giving his hair and head a good old wash. Taeyong never really washed his hair and body I the same shower, he didn’t have a special reason for it, he just never ever washed his hair and body in one shower. – ‘what do you mean why Yuta people go on dates with people they like I like you do you not like me’– He did not do anything like that. Right? Taeyong had too much control to do that. He wouldn’t confess like that ‘People go on dates with people they like, I like you. Do you like me too?’  Memories of the night before started piling in his head He did, he really did, he ‘CONFESSED! I confessed oh my god is this-

‘Tae you alright in there?’  Yuta’s worried tone filtered through the door sending shocks through Taeyong’s hunched body.

‘Yes I am, I am fine’ he hastily answered back as water started to drip down his back instead falling into the bath.

The kitchen was silent, too silent. And the suitcase in the middle of the corridor was loud. Too loud. Having forgotten it’s presence for the past +24 hours, the reality dawned on them. Today Taeyong had to go on a three day trip, it wasn’t the first time one of them was going to be absent for a few days. However this time, Taeyong felt like he needed to do something before he left yup like maybe actually confess instead of leaving cute Yuta worried about your sanity. Why the hell did he have to have an annoying conscious mind? But then again since he was leaving he might as well.

‘Did you have fun last night?’

‘You know what’ he watched Yuta pause to swallow his food ‘it wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be, it was a lot less busier than I expected but I liked it’

‘That’s good, and let me reassure you, you only liked it because you were with me’ Taeyong laughed at the eye roll he received in return
