Irene POV

I was reading an important content of one document that i have to sign when someone was knocking the door

"come in!", i yelled a bit as reply

"well. Ms Vice President, you've received only one single rose this time instead of the usual colorful bouquet of flowers", Seulgi a.k.a my secretary told me as she handed me the rose

I took it from her and noticed there was a small card attached to it

"i'll be leaving first", Seulgi chuckled and left my office

Beautiful red rose, which convey my love for you. So, i gave you only one because it means my one and only would be you. Just you alone.

-Your fiancee (hopefully, soon to be wife) hashtag hoping that you'll return my feeling soon as well <3

I shook my head as i read the card. Wendy was using the whole space to write on this really small card.

Wendy have been trying to melt my heart for the past 2 weeks. Actually, i really am enjoying it. 

She's really attentive and affectionate. 

If what i feel is true, then maybe.. just maybe.. i am starting to seriously falling for her. but i cant confirm it yet, just a little bit more before i can come to a conclusion to what i feel for her. 

Now, speaking of her. she just sent me a text message.

From: Wendy

-have a bright and beautiful day, My Lady. I hope you like the flower. its very common for a lover giving it, i know i know. no need to complain ok? 

I raised my eyebrows reading her text. this Seungwan.

To: Wendy

-have a good day too. and i did not even complain anything. you just assumed things! i love rose. but, can i get a purple flower next time? 

From: Wendy

-right. says someone who did not complain at all. how nice. sigh. aye aye captain. i shall get you the purple one next time then

To: Wendy

-you're not sincere. nevermind

From: Wendy

-I AM! Oh my god really, I am! ok?! i'll even get you one whole of purple garden if you want

To: Wendy

-yah! were you being sarcastic just now??

From: Wendy

-Maigaaad. I WASNT!

To: Wendy

-lol. i was teasing only. chill ^^

From: Wendy

-i hate you

To: Wendy

-lie to me more, my loving fiancee

From: Wendy

- . . . . Bae, i hate that i love you

To: Wendy

- i love that you love me. haha

From: Wendy

-ugh. its tiring to argue with you. but, when will you be done for today?

To: Wendy

-yet i can brighten up your day, dont deny it. oh the usual, 4 or 5.

From: Wendy

-great. lets head out for a dinner together later tonight. yes?

To: Wendy

-tonight? sure

From: Wendy

-i'll see you tonight! pick you up at 7. is that ok?

To: Wendy

-sounds good, yeah. see you tonight then

-awesome. ok, take care there. here's some love for you ♡♡♡

- omg *fainted* 

I laughed at Wendy's dramatic reply through our texts. she really knows how to boost my mood early in the morning

None POV

Wendy looked at herself through the front mirror of her car once again before she got off of her car 

She walked to the main door and pressed the door bell

"oh Ms Wendy, please come in", the maid bowed politely

"hehe thanks", Wendy grinned and got in

"Mr and Mrs Bae are at the dining room. Ms Irene is still upstairs. i'll call her for you", the maid told her

"oh alright. i'll go greet uncle and aunt first then", Wendy then thanked the maid and just walked alone to the dining room

"uncle? aunt?", Wendy waved in excitement as soon as she saw Irene's parents

"Wendy!!", Mrs Bae smiled widely and gestured her to come in

Wendy hugged both of them and giggled when they pinched her cheeks

"come on. im not a kid anymore", Wendy pouted

"but we cant help it", Mr Bae chuckled

"yeah i know, im too cute", Wendy said proudly which caused them to laugh again

"its been so long. why you just visit us now? please have a seat", Mrs Bae said

Wendy took a seat beside her and smiled warmly

"im sorry. i promise i will try to visit often", Wendy replied

"so, going out with Irene?", Mr Bae asked

"yes uncle", Wendy smiled

"hows everything going? you two are ok right? i hope you guys will continue this seriously. have you guys like.. kissing? or more..?", Mr Bae asked curiously

"uhh..", Wendy scratched her cheek while smiled awkwardly 

and right on time, The angel of Wendy's heart finally appeared

"everything is doing good dad. we're both just fine. and we wont be together up until now if we dont want to continue this. and about the other, its for us to know only. privacy dad, please", Irene said, answering her father instead of Wendy

'wew. saved by my goddess angel of earth', Wendy thought

"we just care and want to know", Mr Bae said

"well. you know enough dad. Wan ah, lets go. or we'll be late", Irene said

Wendy stood up and hugged both Irene's parents again

"remember? just visit us when you're free", Mrs Bae told Wendy

"yes. you can have a sleepover too", Mr Bae said

"got it uncle, aunt. we'll go first. i'll see you again", Wendy smiled

"enjoy the dinner, you two", Mrs Bae said

"im sure we will mom", Irene said calmly and automatically clinging her right arm on Wendy's left arm once Wendy stood beside her

Irene's parents were watching the couple with hopeful heart and feeling glad

"will they end up together?", Mrs Bae asked her husband

"lets just hope they will. i really like Wendy for our daughter", Mr Bae answered

...

"you look breathtaking and i couldnt look away from you", Wendy praised Irene once they were outside

Irene shook her head and pulled her arm from Wendy

"thankyou. you're not bad yourself", Irene said

Wendy smiled crazily and stared at Irene like a fool

"are we going to have dinner here outside your car or what?", Irene asked 

"meanie", Wendy pouted

"you just dont seem want to move", Irene chuckled

"well Ms Bae, get in please", Wendy opened the car door for Irene

"why thankyou! such a gentlewoman", Irene winked and got in

Wendy closed the door too for Irene then rubbed her chest

"dont faint. dont even die. not yet Wendy. its just a wink. just a wink!", Wendy whispered to herself trying to calm her wild heartbeat after Irene sending her a playful wink earlier ago

while Irene was looking at Wendy with amusement

"oh wow. i earn a big place in her heart, i guess", Irene chuckled to herself

"you bad bad fiancee. stop flirting with me. you can continue later", Wendy said once she got into the driver seat

"huh? what?", Irene laughed while asking

"dont flirt with me when i drive. ok? im afraid i cant focus on my driving. so i suggest you to sit still, put your seatbelt on and do not.. i repeat, do not wink at me", Wendy said firmly

Irene just burst out laughing harder than before. Wendy huffed and just the engine before she drove off, completely ignoring Irene who enjoyed laughing at her

"you are really such a cutie, sweetheart"

and yep. Wendy lost her sanity the moment Irene said that. her heart almost burst out of her chest and her mind gone crazy

"i can die in peace now that you just called me sweetheart", Wendy mumbled

Irene who almost stopped laughing, went back laughing again after hearing Wendy

Wendy glanced at Irene and smiled seeing Irene laughed

'what a perfection', Wendy thought

Sigh. this is random & really out of topic but, i've rejected someone by saying "im dating myself lol". i hope im not being mean and it wasnt a harsh reply tho :/ i just dont know what else to say TT

but heeeeey! anw...
