Wendy's still sulking about what Irene had said before. She still couldnt believe that Irene said she would date Joy even if Irene isnt serious about it

"look what you've done", Seulgi whispered at Irene

"what?", Irene asked innocently

"just say that you're jealous Seul", Krystal whispered

Irene chuckled then told her friends to bring Yeri and Joy find a good place for them to eat since they're done with shopping already

Once they left Irene alone with Wendy, Irene approached Wendy slowly

"hey", Irene called her softly

Wendy's eyes still focused on her mobile phone, doing... nothing actually

"are you mad?", Irene asked

"..."

Irene smiled and shook her head at Wendy. Irene then side hugging Wendy before pecked Wendy's cheek gently

Wendy suddenly froze and her heart beats loudly

"im sorry. forgive me? i wouldnt want to replace my already good and caring fiancee for someone else. i swear", Irene said sincerely

Wendy gulped, oh she is weak when it comes to Irene 

"Wan ah...", Irene tighten her hug on Wendy

"dont sulk", Irene said 

Wendy pouted and looked at Irene

"im still jealous", Wendy mumbled lowly

Irene's eyes sparkled and she chuckled when Wendy decided to open up to her about her jealousy

"ey. you love me that much huh?", Irene teased

Wendy sighed and put her right palm on Irene's left cheek as she caressed it lovingly

"i do love you so much. im jealous if you look at someone else. i dont want to lose you, Joohyun ah. i really want you to stay by my side forever", Wendy said truthfully which caught Irene off guard

Irene opened to say something but nothing comes out . . .

"but its ok. like i said, i'll be waiting for you. no matter how long it'll be", Wendy smiled at Irene

"lets go. you must be hungry. im not sulking anymore", Wendy giggled and wrapped one arm around Irene shoulder as they walked together

Irene have been thinking about Wendy and Wendy only for the past few days, especially about Wendy's latest sincere confession

Irene couldnt do her work properly and she messed up a lot since her mind is distracted

"spill it", Seulgi said when she just suddenly barged into Irene's office

"what?", Irene frowned

"you're not you Irene. tell me now, whats bothering you?", Seulgi asked seriously

Irene looked away and ignored Seulgi

"i cant help you if you dont tell me. come on, are you gonna be like this forever?", Seulgi asked

Irene sighed and massaged her forehead

"is this about your engagement, Wendy or....?", Seulgi kept asking

"everything Seul. everything", Irene answered

Seulgi nodded and took an empty seat acrossed Irene

"im all ears", Seulgi said

Irene looked at Seulgi with tired look

"i... Wendy, she.. i feel something for her", Irene told her

"uh huh. isnt that good?", Seulgi asked

"but what if.. if one day, the same thing happen to me Seul?", Irene asked back

"i thought you said you want to try with Wendy? and that you are ready to love again", Seulgi frowned

"i know but... i cant help it. i mean, its all too good to be true. Wendy is too good for me", Irene said honestly

Seulgi shook her head then looked at Irene seriously

"do you trust your parents, Irene?"

"i do"

"then you should trust their decision for setting you up with Wendy. now next, do you trust Wendy?"

"i do too"

"see? i trust Wendy too. she may be playful and naughty but she is damn serious about you Irene. have you not see the way your crazy fiancee look at you? its CRAZY. why? because she look at you like you're the only girl in this world", Seulgi said

"she flirted around. remember?"

"duh. the reason why she's called as your crazy fiancee. but then, she has her purpose. to make you notice her and jealous", Seulgi said

"and she said she would date you"

Seulgi raised her eyebrows before she scoffed

"and here i thought you weren't jealous at all", Seulgi said

"i hate you", Irene mumbled

"yeah. sure Irene, sure", Seulgi rolled her eyes

"well. you should get the best actress award for not being obvious", Seulgi added

"shut up", Irene pouted

"but seriously. cant you see? Wendy is totally, all over you. she got her eyes set on you and you only. you must claim her officially before someone take her away. Wendy is a great catch, i tell you", Seulgi said and crossed her arms

"or.. do you want if someone make her forget you and then break off this engagement?", Seulgi asked

Irene glared at Seulgi

"dont glare at me. you better make up your mind faster", Seulgi said

Irene cupped her own face and sighed heavily. she then lifted up her head to look at Seulgi

"i love her", Irene whispered

Seulgi smiled widely as soon as she heard it

"Irene ah. go get your happiness. its time to pursue your happy life. Wendy deserve it too", Seulgi said softly

Irene bite her bottom lips as she thought for a second

"right. i need to see Wendy", Irene then stood up and packed her things

"Seul?"

"yep?"

"thanks", Irene winked then ran leaving Seulgi in her office

Seulgi chuckled and shook her head

"wish you all the best Irene", Seulgi mumbled then she thought of Joy

"i think i should confess too", Seulgi told herself

...

"Boss, do we have any more stocks of these?"

"yep. go check it out or ask Vanessa. she knows where is it"

"Boss, can i leave early today? i have an appointment?"

"sure"

"Boss, the kid have not enough money"

"its ok. just take how much she have"

"Boss-"

"hold on hold on"

Wendy raised her hands up and blinked her eyes

"you know what? uhh.. if anything, just ask Marissa. she is like my assistant"

"but Boss-"

"nah uh. no buts, and i trust you guys will do well. just come and ask me if its something urgent and a very serious matter. ok?"

"ok Boss"

"now go. do good", Wendy told all the new staffs

"why did i hire such innocent adorable staffs again", Wendy sighed to herself

"because you just cant say no to anyone", said the old staff who's in charge at the cashier

"right", Wendy giggled 

"you want me to give a short massage for your head Boss? is it getting worst now?", the same staff asked

"no no its ok i-", Wendy was cut off when the staff just touched Wendy to give a light massage

"you should just work in your office inside. we can handle the situation here"

"i need to look out for the new staffs in a week before i could trust them fully", Wendy replied

"but-"

"ahem"

both Wendy and her staffs got startled for a bit when they heard someone cleared

"oh. Irene?"

Irene looked at Wendy coldly then at the staff too

"the usual", Irene said flatly before she walked away to sit at where she usually sit

"prepare her orders", Wendy commanded her staff then went to sit beside Irene

"hi. you're here but its not....", Wendy paused to look at her watch

"its not lunch time yet", Wendy said

"so? i cant be here now?", Irene asked raising her eyebrows

"woah. cool down. it wasnt like that", Wendy said

"i- nevermind. im sorry", Irene looked down

"eh? why?"

"i shouldnt get mad at you. i just.. dont like you to be too close with your staff", Irene said

"w-what?", Wendy stuttered

Irene looked at Wendy in the eyes

"you said you'll take care of me and will only love me right?"

"uhh.. yeah. why so sudden by the way?"

"you wont leave me?"

Wendy furrowed her eyebrows and looked at Irene 

"Irene. i'll leave you long time ago if i want. im staying for you. because i love you. i wont ever leave you", Wendy said 

"lets... lets make it official then", Irene smiled

"huh?"

"i want people to know that you're mine and im yours. i dont want anyone to flirt with you or thinking that you're not taken yet. i can get jealous easily too Wendy. just like you, i dont want to lose you", Irene said

Wendy was basically jaw dropping at the moment. Irene have to hold her laugh seeing Wendy's reaction. Wendy's eyes even almost burst out 

"i...", Wendy whispered

"mhm?", Irene smiled teasingly at Wendy

"i love you", Wendy blurted out unconsciously

Irene smiled widely and chuckled cutely. oh, Wendy feels like in heaven right now

"Wan ah. come closer", Irene gestured Wendy to lean in using her finger

so Wendy leaned closer to Irene

"i love you too, and..", Irene whispered

"you're mine", Irene added
