The Break UpShe arrived at the coffee shop, one of her friends worked there and she had plans to meet her after work. She opened the door and made her way to a table in the corner, away from all those people that were there.
She was drinking her pumpkin spice latte as she noticed an unusual smell. A smell that seem to be very familiar, but she shook off that thought. It must be a coincidence right? There's no way it could be him. He's gone. He's been gone since they broke up. The moment she thought of the break up, she immediately felt like someone had just punched her in the stomach. Her heart ached at the thought of him.
Her pain was replaced with confusion as the smell kept getting stronger and stronger. She looked up and there he was. He was sitting next to the window, talking to the waitress as he took out his laptop out of his backpack. When he finished ordering his drink, his attention went straight to the device and he began typing into it.
She still remember him, even though it was 3 years ago since they've last seen each other. It had to be him. His broad shoulders, his fingers that ran through his perfect smooth hair, the veins that appeared as he typed each letter, the white shirt that made his muscles look enticing, partnered with jeans and some derby shoes.
