Chanyeol was quite surprised when Baekhyun walked over and stood next to him, even though he had done so the day before.

‘Hey’ Baekhyun greeted him with a smile. Chanyeol tried his best to act normal and smiled back but he ended up just looked strange and goofy. 

‘H-hi’ Chanyeol stuttered making Baekhyun giggle. Chanyeol loved the sound of Baekhyun’s laugh and thought it was one of the most wonderful and cutest sound in the world. Chanyeol looked down and noticed a puddle on the road where he could see Baekhyun’s reflection. 

He watched it for a while as Baekhyun looked out for his bus and fiddled with his fingers. When Chanyeol finally looked up, he saw a truck coming their way and he knew that it would surely run through the puddle which would then lead to poor Baekhyun getting soaked. 

Oh no. I’ll save you my Baekhyun! he thought heroically. Just as the truck drove by, Chanyeol swung his body in front of Baekhyun’s and hugged the small boy in protection. 

The puddle that was once on the road was now soaking into the back of his clothes.

Baekhyun’s eyes were wide from surprised. He looked up at Chanyeol and into his eyes that looked intense and serious, when really Chanyeol was trying and hoping he looked like a y bad boy that might charm Baekhyun’s heart.

As the bus pulled over, both Baekhyun and Chanyeol stayed in the same position while everyone ran on. Just as the bus doors began to close Baekhyun snapped back into reality and rushed passed Chanyeol to quickly get onto the bus before it was about to leave. 

Chanyeol blinked a few times before he turned around to see Baekhyun staring at him, still expressing surprise.

I hope i looked handsome and not constipated, Chanyeol thought back to when they were staring into each others eyes. I guess only time will tell. And when i say time, i mean tomorrow.
