Yuri toss and turn on his bed, still thinking about what happened 2 days ago. It was hard for him pretending that he's okay with them being just friends

"We can be friends yul.. and that's it.. that's all I can give you.."

He recalls what jessica told him and how his heart aches with every word. He continued helping the girls, hiding his pain behind warm smiles while keeping a friendly distance with the blonde girl.

"Glad you'll be busy starting tomorrow yul" he mumbles before forcing himself to sleep.

"is yuri coming today? I haven't seen him for almost a week" the old lady asks as they arranged the foods on the table

"It will be nice if he wont be back for good" Jessica scoffs

"Come on jess.." tiffany said shaking her head

"maybe he's just busy halmeoni" tiffany continued and takes out the hand made doll souvenirs from the box

"Oh.. wow, is this the doll hyomin made?" tiffany scans the doll wearing hanbok, the old lady nods smiling proudly at her grand daughter's art work.

"Yes sweetie.. and she said she'll come here to help after class" the old lady says that earns an excited smile from the two girls.

It only has been 2 hours since they opened but they already sold half of the goods.

"Halmeoni!" A cheerful girl calls out as she runs inside the small store

"Hi unnies" hyomin smiles and gave the two girls a hug.

Jessica's attention was caught by hyomin's and her guy friends' school uniform.

"Ohh.. same school with yuri" Tiffany cuts off jessica's train of thoughts

"and I think they know each other" the brunette nudges her dumbfounded friend when hyomin hops away from them to pull a tan guy standing at the door to walk faster inside the store.
He bows at the old lady and greets the two girls with a shy smile, he's been away from jessica for a week that he didn't know how to approach her again but his teasing side comes back when he noticed jessica's eyes on him longer than she usually does.

"If you continue staring at me like that.. I'll begin to think that you missed me so bad" yuri teased and chuckles when the blonde rolls her eyes

Tiffany watches the guy looking at the table counting the goods in front of him, a moment later he grins at the brunette. 

"Guess, someone's going out for a date again" tiffany says catching the message behind the tan guy's wide grin, yuri nods excitedly at her and tilts his head slightly, pointing at jessica's direction. The brunette mouthed an okay before packing the goods.

"What are you doing tiff?" Jessica confusedly watch her friend safely packing all the goods inside a bag.

"Hurry, your date is waiting" Tiffany gave the bag to jessica and points at yuri chatting with hyomin and her grandma.

Jessica glares at her friend while the other gave her an eyesmile, the blonde heaves out a defeated sigh before taking the bag.

"Remind me again, why are we even friends?" 

"Where are we going?" Jessica follows yuri walking in front of her, yuri pointed at the bus stop not too far from them

"Why?" Jessica crossed her arm 

"I thought I made myself clear? I told yo-" Jessica stops when yuri turns and held both of her arms

"I know... we're friends.. that's all we'd ever be.. I.." Yuri breathes out "I just want to catch up.. Jessica, I missed you.." He smiles

"am I also not allowed to miss a friend?" Jessica looks at the guy's sad eyes before shaking her head slowly. 

Jessica wished yuri's feelings would change fast, she doesn't want him to hold on to her. She doesn't want to give him false hopes, it would be a lot easier if he would just ignore her and walk away like the other guys she turned down. 

   why are you so persistent yul? 

   Just leave.. 

   Please..

After spending more time with yul, jessica realized yuri has the personality she wants in a guy bestfriend. She casually talks to him about her ideal man and asking on how to get noticed. She take notes of yuri's reaction if he's uncomfortable with it, his expression changes when she started talking about other guys but his usual jolly self would come back instantly.. 

 Yul.. I hope you already moved on..

"I'm sorry taeng..I" yuri smiles sadly as he turn down his bestfriend over the phone

"Next time I promise.. fine.. my treat" yuri pulls the phone away from the deafening loud cheer from taeyeon. 

"Sica's here.. talk to you later taeng" 

Yuri scratches his head while following the blonde girl to an unfamiliar street, he looks around and see night clubs everywhere. Yuri smells a tint of alcohol on jessica as they walk further

"Jessica.. why are we here?" He glances back every now and then, they're supposed to have dinner in a restaurant as yuri planned but changes when jessica pulls him to another direction that she said will be much more fun than a boring dinner. 

They entered a club that is very new to the tan guy, he glances at people drinking and dancing and totally wasted everywhere

Yuri whines looking at the glass jessica offered.
"There's a part of me you haven't seen yet.. meet the happy jessica jung" jessica smells the glass of alcohol in her hand before taking the warm liquid in down to .

"That's enough sica.. have you been drinking before we went here?" 

Jessica grins and mouthed bingo, gesturing a finger gun on her hand shooting invisible bullets on yul telling him he's right.

After a lot of drunk dancing and uncontrolled drinks, the blonde was finally knocked out from her senses.

"This is not a happy jessica.. this is crazy wasted jessica jung" The guy sighs and carry the sleeping girl on his back

"hmm.. " the blonde groans when she see and felt the warm and bright light through her eyes, she noticed an unfamiliar ceiling when she slowly opened her eyes.

Her eyes grew big as events from last night flooded in her mind, she hits her forehead with her palm when she saw herself in yuri's room.

She grips her aching head when she couldn't find her clothes. She noticed a towel, pink shirt and a short on the couch, she went to the bathroom for a quick shower.

Jessica went out when she heard sounds of utensils coming from outside the bedroom.

"Hey.. you're awake" yuri smiles at her, Jessica was frozen as she stares at the tan guy, memory of last night flashes in her mind

"Did your boyfriend dumped you?" Yul removes strands of hair on Jessica's face after she tucks her in his bed. The girl scoffs

"He must've loved the taste of that girl's lips.. why? Is she a better kisser than me? Is she prettier than me?" Jessica shuts her eyes as tears run down the side of her face

Yuri wipes her tears with the back of his hand, wondering how the girl is still awake and talking despite of all those alcohol she drank. 

"If you'll ask me.. you know I'm always biased, You're the prettiest girl I know"  jessica chuckles and slowly plops herself up, he moves closer to help her sit on the bed, back leaning on the headboard

"I don't believe you"

yuri gave her a soft chuckle that stopped the moment jessica held one side of his face gently, his eyes locked on the girl with an unreadable expression on her face. 

jessica frowns as she rub yuri's lower lip roughly

"S-sica..?" The guy complains in a muffled voice

the girl silenced him with her own lips

Yuri's eyes widen confirming that it is not a dream when jessica moves her lips, urging him to kiss her back. Just when he starts to pour his love on the kiss, the girl pulls back

"Now tell me yul... is she a good kisser than me?" Jessica asks, her eyes looked worried and sad

"Sica.. I-I Don't understa-" Jessica cuts him with another question

"Do you like her lips than mine?" 

The girl captures his lips again and this time he made sure to let out his heart's desire on that passionate kiss
