This is definitely a story that I specifically look forward to when it updates.  It's really exciting, there's no laggy, slow parts, and there's cliffhangers (sometimes), and the plot and development of it is great.

It doesn't update very often though :( But it's a really good story for those who like angsty psychological hospital ward setting things.  So, Kyungsoo is the doctor and Kai is the crazy murderer.  There's always little hints to the plot in each chapter, so look for those.  

This story is rated as TW, which I can understand, but M, not so much.  Other than violence, there isn't much ual stuff in here (so far).  Luhan, Sehun, Kris, Tao, and Suho make cameos, but this story is (so far) 100% set in the hospital, and focused on Kaisoo.  There isn't any romantic smoochy smoochy stuff (yet), but it's coming to that point.
