“I’m super pissed with the volleyball girl! First they’re in our field and then she hit my head” Chaeyoung started ranting as soon as momo arrived back in the field.

“Don’t mind her, she’s irrelevant” Momo comforts her while she’s pressing the ice pack in chaeyoung’s right side of her head while the smaller girl’s sitting.

“ow!” she whines “she hit the ball harder than those soccer players who kicks the ball in my head”

“I know what will calm you” Momo cupped the younger girl’s face to face her upwards and lean in for a deep kiss. They kissed for a while until momo felt something hit her head.

“OUCH!” momo glanced at the thing that hit her which is a water bottle then searched for the person who threw it, she saw someone hiding in the upper bleachers and glared

“I know who threw that” jeongyeon walked pass them

Chaeyoung also knows who threw that, she’s the only who throws water bottles, of course it was somi.

“Yah!!” Momo shouts

“Leave her be, momo. She’s just protective” Chaeyoung defends somi.

The older girls breathes out heavily out of frustration.

“Stop throwing bottles, somi! You’re causing global warming with these plastic bottles!” jeongyeon shouted to somi

“ you yoo jeongyeon!” somi shouted back still hiding from the bleachers

Chaeyoung glanced at the volleyball player and their eyes met again, glaring.

“Why are you in my room?” Chaeyoung asked curiously at dahyun who’s currently standing in her room’s door frame. Dahyun came to her house without telling her and even open the door without knocking

Dahyun smirked “I have a surprise for you”

“What is it?” The cub asked with a tone of suspicion

“I know you’ll love it, that’s the only hint you’ll get”

Chaeyoung got up and pulled dahyun inside the room, she slammed her to her bed, face first and grabbed dahyun’s leg to wrestle her “ahhhhhhhh!!! Let go of me chaeyoung!”

“Tell me what it is!”

Dahyun spins and reversed their position, now she’s grabbing chaeyoung’s leg “NO!”

Chaeyoung again fights back and lock the dubu like girl’s head to her arm

“ I’m gonna choke you if you don’t talk!”

“okay okay okay! Just-ackk let me-ugh go!” Dahyun struggles to talk

“no! tell me! You might run away!”

“Nayeon unnie, she’s coming back in town tomorrow” the struggling girl said quickly

As soon as chaeyoung heard it, she loosen up her lock to dahyun. Her mind went blank and just stood there with dahyun still rubbing and coughing slightly

Her Nayeon unnie was coming back, her first love. The unnie she grew up with. When chaeyoung and dahyun were in their 9 years old, Dahyun introduce her older cousin nayeon to her bestfriend chaeyoung. Nayeon was a good friend to them, a unnie who took care of her until they were 15 years old and nayeon was 19. Also, she was chaeyoung’s first heart break when the older girl went to college 4 years ago.

“I know she broke your heart but I know how important she is to you,, she wants to meet us ”

Of course Chaeyoung confessed to nayeon before she left but the older rejected her and told her she’s too young and she only sees her as a dongsaeng which broke chaeyoung’s heart more.

The cub kept herself mum, she needs to prepare herself to meet nayeon once again.

“I want to kill you dahyun” 

dahyun widen her eyes and run way home.

Another day passed by with chaeyoung and dahyun in the university. The cub feels bothered since morning and decided to avoid momo and asked to be excuse for practice since they’re going to meet nayeon today, she wants to be as ready as possible. She doesn’t want to look affected by nayeon this time.

The two best friends went coffee shop that nayeon told dahyun to meet her up.

“Don’t say anything stupid” Chaeyoung warned

“I should tell that to you since you say something stupid every time”

Dahyun continues “Come on! She’s waiting!” she drags her best friend to walk faster

They arrived in the café. She saw nayeon sitting, back facing them.

“Nayeon unnie!” Dahyun shouted

Nayeon looked behind and smiled. She waved at them and gestured them to come. The cub saw her first love’s bright bunny smile, she was shining inside the café, well that’s what chaeyoung sees. Oh how she misses the older woman.

Her heart beats faster as they get nearer.

“Chaeyoung” Nayeon called her softly, it feels like a music to chaeyoung’s ear
