Slamming the door behind him, Jungkook walked further inside his spacious room at the Jeon mansion, ing his white shirt in the process. His eyes were trained outside, thinking of what just happened earlier that day. A lot of unexpected things happened but Jungkook would be lying if he said that he’s not glad at all; there were unpleasant information, yes, but he couldn’t care less because he finally found Min Yoongi after two years. Jungkook is not stupid, and everybody in their right minds know this—because Jeon Jungkook is, after all, the golden heir of the Jeon family.

The Jeon family is one of the most powerful and wealthiest people in South Korea, to the point that they can bend the law at their own will. Jungkook’s father is the Commissioner General of the police force while his mother is the daughter of one of the wealthiest man in Korea, nonetheless, Jungkook was able to build his own reputation for being an outstanding achiever in his university while helping in managing their company. Jungkook’s not one to brag most of the time but he can definitely say that he has a lot to brag about. Starting from his good-looks, well-built frame, musical prowess, intelligence, athleticism, fame, power, wealth— Jungkook knows that the list could go on and on because he’s just that good; a genius.

Now, it’s not like Jungkook cannot use his connections to find a certain Min Yoongi but where’s the fun in that if he can locate him in just a blink of an eye? No, Jungkook knows how to play the game better; add a dash of thrill and excitement. He gave Yoongi the false pretense of freedom, giving him the temporary satisfaction to run away from him. Jungkook basks in the fact that Yoongi can run as much as he wants, can even hide, but at the end of the day, Yoongi will always belong to him— will come back to him (no matter how hard he tries not to).

Jungkook wanted to laugh at Yoongi’s face the moment he laid his eyes on him. He wanted to to tell him how much he enjoyed their pretty little game but it’s finally a game over for him. Jungkook would’ve given Yoongi three years to hide from him but fate decided to use its ability to make things quicker for Jungkook. He was being generous to be honest, because Jungkook’s too greedy to have Yoongi by his side, but he chose to give Yoongi what he wanted for the time being. But his generosity was returned by Yoongi with nothing but ingratitude, because Yoongi chose to settle down with a lowly boy— someone who’s not even worth his s
