20/12/2016 – The Trial Day .

Momo wore her outfit and sat on the bed , she was praying that everything will be okay and jeongyeon will come out of jail

“let’s go” mina said as she stood by the door smiling at her

Momo took a deep breath and got up

Mina was in chaeyoung’s car while momo and mikyung wnet with wonyoung … Sana and dahyun stayed with junu at their house since he is so young to be present in the trail

They arrived and wonyoung looked at momo

“you know the plan right ? “

She nodded and he smiled at her “don’t worry , we will win the trail”

She took a deep breath and get out of the car , they walked to the court building

They were waiting outside the court room , mikyung didn’t left momo’s hand as the latter was so nervous

“We can enter” wonyoung said as he left for few minutes , a soldier came and opened the door for them and momo sat on a chair next to her was wounyoung , facing them there were an empty chair and right in between there was 3 chairs surrounded by bars

Mikyung , mina and chaeyoung sat in the jury box along with siwon and sooyoung

After few minutes the 3 judges wearing their dresses neatly and smartly , they sat on the high desk facing everyone with an serious intense stares

The maid judge nodded to the bailiff , the latter went to the door and few seconds later , Jeongyeon along with jiwon and seunghyun came in … the three of them were wearing suits and dressed neatly with their handcuffed hands in front of them , they sat on the 3 chairs inside the bars

Jeongyeon looked at momo with worried eyes , she looked pale as soon she saw jiwon and seunghyun in front of her

“Good morning, ladies and gentlemen. Calling the case of Yoo Momo versus Chou Seunghyun and Kim Jiwon, Are both sides ready?” the main judge said

“Ready for Momo, Your Honor.” Wonyoung said

“Ready for Seunghyun and Jiwon, Your Honor.” Their lawyer said glaring at wonyoung who wasn’t even bothered

Chaeyoung’s mom along with a guy came and chaeyoung flashed a warm smile at them and few people joined

“Will the clerk please swear in the jury?”

The clerk stood up and looked at them “Will the jury please stand and raise your right hand?” he Waite for everyone to stand “ Do each of you swear that you will fairly try the case before this court, and that you will return a true verdict according to the evidence and the instructions of the court, so help you, God? Please say “I do”. “ hhe
Waited for jurors to say I do  “You may be seated.”

The deputy stood up looking at the jury and the judges

“Your Honor and ladies and gentlemen of the jury: the defendant has been charged with the crime of a girl in Sokcho at 5 AM , in 16/7/2016 , she assume that 3 guys her with one guy accompanying them , unfortunately one of them committed suicide one month ago , the evidence I have shown that the 4 of them were on the beach that night and that will prove to you that the defendant is guilty as charged.”

Jeongyeon was holding his hands nervously , closing his eyes frequently while praying non-stop.

Their lawyer stood up “Your Honor and ladies and gentlemen of the jury: under the law my client is presumed innocent until proven guilty. During this trial, you will hear no real evidence against my client. You will come to know the truth: that you are assuming that they her *he pointed at her* when maybe they didn’t and they just made love or maybe they didn’t even touch her! , I have a hospital report –which is in front of you haha~- that shows she actually got by one guy ! which is Yoo jeongyeon!”

“son of es!” mikyung said and mina calmed her

The judges discussed something and looked at jeongyeon

Jeongyeon got up and bowed “Your Honor we were drunk that day , so drunk , and she was passing by , yes I noticed her and they saw her because of me … I was the one that grabbed her but they-“ he stopped talking and got teary eyed , momo closed her eyes and a tear fell from her eye “pinned her on the ground seu
