Have you ever tried to wake up at five in the morning only to be called by your boss to make you get her laundry? Well, That's Mandy's life for you. She's a twenty five year old typical office worker for the biggest Law Firm in all of South Korea. Yep, she finished her degree in Political Science--something that her parents wanted but she never really dreamt of because she really wanted to be a children's book writer--and know, she's working like a slave for her boss, Attorney Helga Finn--her megawatt slave driver. To say that life is hard is really an understatement. Why you ask? First off, she was tasked to pay for everything...literally everything. Their house's monthly rent--even though she'd been living on her own in one of those run-of-the-mill houses--she also was tasked to pay for little brother's colleeg tuition fee--she's sure that it'll put a dent in her basically non-existent savings--and to top it all off, she always had to treat everyone glamorously even if she herself can't even afford to have a luxe life.

Her life suddenly turns upsidedown--literally--when she met up-and-coming Lawyer, Edward Lee. He is a stoic ice prince who is the son of a wealthy business man who runs a food company. When the two of them are placed in the same room, trouble will definitely ensue because of their clashing personalities. Will they bring each other the inspiration that they need or will certain event from a certain someone's past be the means of them falling apart.
