“Rei, noona,” Yugyeom’s voice sounded small for a start as he quickly clears it away “Would you like to join or watch us spar today?”

My eyes must’ve twinkled in excitement for the whole table to giggle and chuckle at my way. “You look so adorable, Rei.” Miyu chirped cheerfully “I wish you’d look like that when I ask you out on a shopping spree.”

“I’d love to.” From the corner of my eye, I know Mark wanted to oppose, but he kept his silence which I was thankful for. I need this, I do.

After breakfast, Yugyeom took me to their training area. I must say, they’re all fully equipped and ready to use. They have an outdoor and indoor training ground, and today, they decide to use the outdoor. The pack warriors even brought out a long table with weapons laid out on it, probably for me to use.

I had changed into a black tank top, it was Miyu’s, even the brand-new undergarments. But the shirt I wore earlier, did belong to Mark.

“Are you sure you want to do this?” Mark ask, sounding rather scared for me.

“It’s just a workout, plus, I need to get started on combat fighting again.” I reasoned.

First up in the huge ring was Jaebum and Jackson, they discarded their shirts on the ground and started circling one another. Growls echoing around us as they begin to attack.

They tussled and tumbled on the ground, by now their body was covered in sheer layer of sweat, grass and dirt have come to stuck on them. Jaebum was now straddling above Jackson, his hands around Jackson’s neck, slowly putting pressure. Jackson tapped out immediately. JB quickly got off his friend, bringing the latter on his feet as well.

We all clapped at their direction for the good showmanship and amazing display of combat fighting.

Now I know why JB was chosen to be Mark’s beta, he’s stronger and sharp. I could see Miyu eye him up and down as if he was a piece of meat from the sideline. That girl. I chuckled to myself.

It was my turn next, and my opponent was Bambam. I nearly laugh. “No offense, but really? I don’t want to hurt him.”

“Bambam is one of the best warrior in Raven Ash Pack.” Mark spoke. I could hear the uncertainty in his voice. What is he afraid of? Me getting hurt? I doubt it.

“I don’t want one of the best, I want the best.” I could feel the adrenaline rushing and pumping through my body as I skipped from side to side as a small warm-up.

Gasps and the look of worried was evident on these wolves around the ring when Yugyeom entered the circle. They’re probably thinking that I’m suicidal. Oh, the irony, when in fact I’ve been suicidal once.

Mark was whispering something to the boy, Yugyeom only nodded his head. His eyes never leaving mine. “Whatever he said, don’t listen to him. Just do your best.” I said, and I could’ve sworn I saw how pissed off Mark had looked.

“You sure you don’t want to pick anything from the table, to defend you, because there will be no mercy when you’re in my court.” Yugyeom taunt, looking smug and all. This boy, wait till he gets his handed back to him.
