I was on the way to work on Sone Note magazine while reading the magazine itself in my hands. Since I'm working for the Editing Team, I think it is better to be more familiar with the contents itself.

I was too focused on reading the magazine, I didnt even realized that the traffic light is green. I was about to cross the road when someone pulled me

"Woah there" a guy said "what beautiful magazine you have there, and it is slowly eating you up" I turned around to look at the guy speaking and I saw a guy taller than me (what do I expect from my short height), he has black hair and fair skin. He looks surprisingly good and charming.

He literally saved my life, if it wasnt for him, I'd be ran over by a car now. So I bowed at him and thanked him.

"Be careful next time, okay goldie?" She said before crossing the road when the lights turned red. Goldie? Wth

"You must be ms. Kim" a girl welcomed me when I got to the building, on the editing team's office. "I'm Seo Juhyun, Ms. Hwang's assistant. I hope you're aware that she's the Vice President of Sone Note magazine." I nodded.

Of course, I know her. I see her in their magazine and she's drop-dead gorgeous. She must be the prettiest vice president of a company like this. And I cant believe I'm working for her! I know she's part of this magazine, but I didnt know thats she's the one in-charge of this place.

"You'll meet her now, and she'll assign you to your work. Please follow me" she said and I followed. She led me to the office that I saw yesterday. We walked up on the small stairs and she knocked on the glass door. "Ms. Hwang, Ms. Kim is here" she said once she opened the door.

"Send her in." I heard from the inside.

This is it! I'm going to face the Tiffany Hwang! The Vice President of Sone Note magazine. The one who's in-charge for the magazine itself!

I entered her office and observed the surroundings. On the left, she has various types of alcoholic drinks, from wine, to vodka, tequila, whiskey, champagne, and too many to mention. Is this a bar or a office?

Her desk is light pink and she has her name on a marble thingy that has her name and position carved on. Ms. Hwang, Tiffany and underneath her name is COO, Vice President. I wonder who the president is? They don't really mention it in the magazine.

"Taeyeon?" She said. She said my first name! Oh God! The Tiffany Hwang said my first name! I cant believe it. I thought I'm only gonna see her on the magazine, I never would've thought that I'll meet her one day. And she's absolutely gorgeous in person, upclose. She looks like a goddess. She has this dark brown hair with a fringe. Sometime bangs doesn't suit people, but she looks beautiful.

"It's an honor to meet you, ms. Hwang" I said, unable to hide my smile. But strangely, she did not answer me. She just stared at me with a questionable look which I cant really read. Is there something wrong? Do I have something on my face? Holy what do I do now.

"Um, ms. Hwang? Is there something wrong?" I said, she blinked her eyes fast and shook her head. She then looked down.

"What are you good at?" She asked suddenly. This time, its my turn to look at her with a confused look. I dont understand. What does she mean with that question? She looked up again and looked at me with this unimpressed expression "don't make me repeat my self" she said. My heart suddenly beat fast. I'm nervous. I never knew she's like this.

"I'm sorry I-I don't know what you're talking about–" holy I'm stuttering. God this is embarrasing

She closed her eyes slowly and took a deep breath before speaking. Oh no what did I do wrong "since you're temporarily working at a magazine company, you should be good at something. Photography. Arts. Fashion."

Holy I dont know what to answer. I have interests in arts but its a magazine we're talking about here, not comic books. Not cartoons. Wtf.

She sighed deeply again "are you fluent in english?" She asked, I nodded. Probably something I'm good at. Since I read a lot of comic books

"Good. You'll be the Editorial assistant, copy editor and translator" she said. Three jobs? How am I supposed to do that? "These jobs has few differences so it is equal to one job. Stop worrying" she must've read my mind.

"Based on what happened earlier, you seem to be confused. You don't know where you're good at?" She rolled her eyes "you better be thankful because you're an intern. If not, I would fire you even if you just got here" I gulped at what she said. My heart sinking as well.

"You have six months as an intern. You better work hard." She said before pressing a button, "Seohyun, please come to my office" I heard a beep after. And minutes later, the girl who accompanied me earlier came "Take ms. Kim here to her desk" she instructed. The girl nodded.

"This way, please."

"This is your new desk, everything you need for work is here. But you can still bring personal things" the Seohyun girl said once she has brought me to my work place. I bowed and thanked her before I settled down.

My desk is colored as white with yellow walls. It has a computer, unlike the computers on management team which is old; the fat computers with separate cpu's, my computer here is Mac. I have a cork board on the wall with various colors of notepads and pins. A small pencil holder. And a filing cabinet which where I am supposed to put papers. My chair is comfortable too.

"Heeeyyyaa newbie" a girl with short hair and fringe said, she came closer to my desk with her chair "You must be Kim Taeyeon, you're as adorable as your name" she said. Who is this woman?

"Pardon my friend's attitude here" another girl said. She has tan skin, brown-ish hair but looks beautiful as well. "her name is Sooyoung. Choi Sooyoung. And I'm Yuri. Kwon Yuri" she introduced with a smile.

Another girl, whose desk is next to mine rolled her chair closer as well, to where the other girls are at "I'm Yoona. Lim Yoona. Nice to meet you"

This actually feels great than being on the management team. The people here has hospitality and is outgoing. I must say, the management team feels like a ghost town, especially with those dark colors. Sorry not sorry.

"What's all the fuss about?" A familiar voice said. When I looked at where the voice came from, I saw the guy who saved me from crossing with the green light on "goldie?" He said.

"You know her?" Yuri, I think, asked

"Yeah, she owe me her life. She was too busy reading our magazine while walking with the green light on, so I pulled her back" he explained

"Wow so you're superman?" The short-haired woman, whom I believe is Sooyoung, said

"I guess so" he said with a smirk "I'm Donghae" he reached to shake hands with me, so I shook it

"Taeyeon" I said "Kim Taeyeon"

"I profer goldie, you have nice hair" he said again.
"Whatever floats your boat, I guess" I answered. He laughed.

"You're a fun person"

"Guys go back to work before she sees you" Sunny said, joining the group

"Who?" I asked. Who's gonna see us? Will we be in trouble when we get caught? Will we–

"Who told you to slack off?" Another familiar loud voice startled us, we turned around and saw the boss, the Tiffany Hwang, I must say. "you are not here to chit-chat. Go back to work!" I flinched when she shouted the last sentence, making us all go back to our own places.

"Is she always like this?" I whispered to Yoona, whose desk is beside mine

"She's a moody person." She answered and focused on what she's doing.
