[ Minatozaki's Hospital ]

"O-oppa...pls be ok" Sana mumbled as her tears wouldn't stop streaming down 

It has been 5 hours since Tzuyun was inside the operation room and Sana was standing outside praying that Tzuyun would be fine, Sana already called Tzuyun's parents but they war in a business trip so they can't come back and they told Sana to take care of Tzuyun until they come back 

Sana tried to call Chaemin but Chaemin didn't answer her phone, she already called Tzuyun's manager saying that they are in her hospital so that the manager doesn't need to worry about rumors and stuff 

"Oppa pls...pls be safe, I don't know what to do if something happens to u" Sana continued to cry and the doctor came out 

"Ms Minatozaki?" The doctor called 

"Huh?" Sana quickly walk towards the doctor "is Tzuyun oppa ok?"

"He made through the surgery, congrats" the doctor smiled "but we need to see if he has any problems with his body" 

"Thank you so much for saving him!" Sana smiled widely "can I go inside?" 

"Not now but soon, can u come with me for a sec? I need u to get some medicine for him and you're a soon-to-be doctor too right?" 

"N-neh" Sana happily said and followed the doctor to his office 

They are now inside the office and the doctor took some medicine that Sana need to feed him every now and then 

"But Sana don't get your hopes to high....because he might have some problems when he woke up or he might not wake up too" the doctor said 

"Neh, I k-know, as long as he still have hope I don't care" Sana said and took the medicine from the doctors hand 

"Is he your boyfriend?" The doctor raised his brow "u can tell me u know? I wouldn't tell your father" the doctor joked 

"No he's not" Sana replied 'we were about to...but Mina's words are stopping me'

"Don't lie, I can see in your eyes that u love him" the doctor smiled "you're so worried about him just now and that's love" the doctor teased 

"N-no! W-we are j-just best f-friend!" Sana denied nervously 'do i love him? It's impossible' "c-can I visit Tzuyun oppa now?"

"Yes, yes u can" 

"Thanks" Sana bowed a little before she walked out of the room and went to Tzuyun's room

[ Three days later ] 

Tzuyun haven't woke up yet and Sana is getting more and more worried, Mina visited yesterday and volunteers to stay and help and that Sana could go home and rest for a while since she has been her for three days but Sana said its ok she would stay here 

Their manager came and thanked Sana for saving Tzuyun but they don't the real reason why Tzuyun got into an accident 

It's already night and Mina and Chaemin went home and now Sana is alone with Tzuyun who's still sleeping 

"O-oppa...please wake up" Sana whispered 

"Oppa I miss u...I didn't give u my answer yet...pls wake up, I need u" Sana said as a tears streamed down "Oppa pls, I miss your smile, your kiss, your laughter, your hugs and your care..." Sana continued holding onto the necklace Tzuyun gave her 

"Oppa.....Saranghae" Sana whisper as she went closer to Tzuyun and captured his lips....after a few seconds, she was about to pull away but Tzuyun pulled Sana by her neck and kissed her passionately making Sana surprised 

"I love u too" Tzuyun smiled before she gave Sana another kiss "so that's a yes right?" Tzuyun continued to give Sana small kisses 

"O-Oppa" Sana whispered still in shock but she kissed back afterwards 

"Saranghae" Tzuyun smiled and continue to kiss Sana more and more 

"Me too Oppa" Sana replied smiling and hugged Tzuyun tightly 

"I thought I would lose u" Sana cried 

"Yah, yah, don't cry" Tzuyun caresses Sana's hair 

"Oppa, I'm sorry" Sana whispered 

"It's ok, it's ok" Tzuyun kissed Sana's hair "I'm here right? I'm safe and alive" Tzuyun continued 

"I love u" Sana said continuously

"Me too, so will u be my girlfriend?" Tzuyun asked  

"I will...but can we keep it a secret first? I don't want Mina and the others to know first.." Sana asked

"Sure" Tzuyun smiled "let's keep it a secret first" Tzuyun continu
