[ 5 Years Later ]

Tzuyun and Mina are on their way back to Seoul now...they decided to go back to Seoul, first reason Tzuyun's father said that he opened a new company there and he wanted Tzuyun to take care of it while the second reason is Mina wanted to go back to Korea because she "miss" the place a lot

Mina support Tzuyun a lot when they were at Taiwan and Tzuyun have always been grateful to Mina who has always been by her side to support him and encourage him 

Mina have moved on from Chaemin but she isn't dating anyone at all while Tzuyun never moved on from his first love Minatozaki Sana who he dated 5 years ago...even tho they date for only 10days but Tzuyun have always put those 10days as his happiest and precious day ever for his whole life 

Tzuyun isn't fully healed yet but his brain is not as weak as 5 years ago and he also needed a personal doctor and also with the help of Mina, Tzuyun didn't suffer much 

On the other hand..Chaemin and Sana started to date since Sana didn't know about Tzuyun's sickness for the pass 5 years while Chaemin knows the sickness but Tzuyun did told him to never told anyone even Sana and Chaemin didn't told Sana anything about Tzuyun 

Chaemin never knew about Tzuyun and Sana dating because Sana never wanted to heard nor say the name Tzuyun and for Sana she already thinks that she has moved on from Tzuyun, who dumped her 5 years ago 

Sana had become the head doctor of their family's hospital while Chaemin is one of the head teacher that teach students at an martial arts school, Sana and Chaemin has been living happily 

[ Hospital ]

"Dr. Minatozaki" a nurse called 

"Neh?" Sana replied as she was just done one of the surgery that she was scheduled to do

"The CEO wanted to see u" 

"Neh, than, you" Sana thanked the nurse before she walked towards her dad's office 

"Appa~ did u call me?" 

"Neh" 

"Wae?" 

"A CEO from a company is having a weak brain and he need a doctor so can u be his personal doctor?"

"Why me appa?" Sana asked innocently 

"They asked for the best doctor and for me the best doctor here is my precious daughter" Sana's father got up and went to hug Sana who gladly hugged back 

"Arasso, appa I will do it but can u approve Chaemin oppa as my boyfriend?" 

"I have always approved u to be with him" Sana's father smiled gently and widely to her precious daughter 

"When do I need to meet the CEO?" 

"This weekend I think" 

"Neh, I will going first appa, I will be going to Chaemin oppa's working place now" Sana hugged her dad for the last time before she head outs
