Can we be like that?

Perfect. It was what Yifan thought when he and Junhee arrived at his house.

There was Baekhee car nicely parked in the garage.

"Is baekhee in your house?" asked Junhee.

"Yes. there is dinner with Baekhee and her family"

"what the hell Yifan. I shouldn't come" Yifan grab her wrist before she had time to go.

"on my way Junhee. remember" Junhee could only gulp her own saliva.

 

"Good evening Yifan. Baekhee is waiting for you. come on take a sit" it was his mother who talked.

"I'm sorry I'm late because I had to fetch Junhee" What a liar. you just slept in my apartment and had with me Yifan. Junhee thought.

"oh you also come Junhee. Long time no see. Baekhee must be very happy because her bestfriend is here" said Mrs. Byun.

"Come here sit next Baekhee" Mrs. Wu said with her flat expression.

"No mom. Junhee is sitting next to me"

after their finish their meal, Mrs. Wu started to talk about the marriage.

"Baekhee, I think you should start to hunt the wedding dress. maybe Junhee can help you to do that" said Mrs. Wu with a smirk on her face.

"Mom, Junhee is the one who gonna marry with me" Yifan suddenly spoke up.

"You are gonna marry Baekhee Yifan. and that's final" Mrs. Wu tried to act nicely. Everyone there could feel the tension between the mom and son.

"I don't love Baekhee mom. I love her as my sister. I don't think this marriage will work"

"I also doesn't want this marriage. I want to find my own happiness" this time, Baekhee spoke up her mind.

"stop it Baekhee" said her mom "Yifei, I think I should go home. and when your son's sense has clear, you can call me and talk about this either we continue it or stop it. thanks for the dinner" by that, The Byun went back to their home.

"You should go Junhee. I don't wanna see you. and Yifan, go to your room. don't go anywhere until your sense has come back"

"We still haven't finish it mom. I want to marry Junhee"

"GO TO YOUR ROOM WU YIFAN AND YOU ARE GONNA MARRY BAEKHEE!!!!" Mrs. Wu yelled at him. beside her there was Mr. Wu who couldn't do anything to help Yifan.

Junhee excused her self and run to the door.

"Don't you dare to chase her" but Yifan didn't listen to his mom. he chased her and grab he wrist before she reach the gate.

"Don't go. I mean....let's run away together"

Chapter 7: I hope Yifan finds out about the baby and goes after Junhee, or Yifan's mother finds out about the baby and accepts Junhee

Chapter 7: I can understand Junhee's point of view since I've been in her place before and I understand how she feels, it's hard to give up on someone you love when you know the mother doesn't approve of you. It hurts like hell.

Chapter 7: what if Baek and Yifan finds their "anger" for Jun as further common ground and decide to console each other and end up falling for each other romantically? what if they conceive a child too? are you sure you can live with that Jun??? are you sure it's the best decision to just run away to NY???

Chapter 6: "Because once I love Baekhee the way I love you, it means that I will never let her go!!” if i were Junhee, id cry too... this was really a powerful striking message, and coming from Yifan... I understand that Jun doesn't want to make Yifan an ungrateful son, and im sure she's hurting as much as Yifan here...

but i totally didn't expect YIFAN ATTEMPTING TO END HIS LIFE!!! like damn thank goodness Tao found him just in time... Yifan pls stop making yourself suffer and stop hurting yourself... but im sorry Yifan mama, IT WAS MOST DEFINITELY NOT JUN'S FAULT THAT YIFAN ATTEMPTED SUICIDE!!!! LIKE EXCUSE YOU! you wanted him in an areamged marriage and away from the love of his life... EXCUSE YOU!

i loved that moment when Jun got a piece of her mind across to Yifan's mother before she backed down... i just hope fate hurries up in making it known that these two are the ones meant for each other so everyone else can just shut up and everybody be happy... BUT OFC JUN IS PREGNANT AND YIFAN DOESNT EVEN KNOW!!! UGHHHH why does this hurt so much????

ps. maybe you could put an indicator of a double update? since when fics are updated, readers expect the latest chapter as the update and i read the 6th chapter before I realized there's something missing and I haven't read ch5 :)

since this is a flashback and Jun is miserable in the previous chapters...

I'm hoping for the best but why do i feel like I'll cry rivers of tears first before that happens...
