We are sitting on the balcony of the house, staring into the breathtaking view of the endless fields of paddy plants and corns. I whistle a song while she sits beside me, both enjoying the moment.

      “That’s your favorite song, right Taeyeon?”

      “Mm…”

      From my peripheral view, I can see she was trying to whistle, too. And she was struggling. Laughing at the cute act of hers, I turn to her and say, “Observe me and try it.” I whistle, putting both my upper and lower lips together, forming a small ‘O’ shape, and blow the air in my lungs to create the sound. She tries to follow my demonstration but failed miserably. But even when I had stopped, she keeps on trying, with determination on her face, specifically her brows, and oh am I so fond of her antics.

      “Taeyeon ah.”

      Automatically, I rolled my eyes when I heard that voice. I glance at the uninvited intruder and return my sight to my front as she comes closer.

      “What are you doing in the cold?”

      “Are you okay?” Tiffany asks again.
