Miyoung’s P.O.V

Another morning has come..
Why do I have this lonely feeling inside?

When I’m still in a half-awake stat, suddenly my phone rang

“Ng?” I took a look at the displayed number

“It’s ABEOJI!?” my eyes widened everytime the word ‘abeoji’ will always wakes me up

I answered the phone as I panicked

“Yeo-yeobuseyo?” I answered the call

“Ahh, Miyoung..” it’s not my dad’s voice..it’s an old lady voice, “How have you been?” the old lady said it with an unusual tone

“Halmonii!?” I was truly shocked since I never knew my dad would lend his phone to anyone

“Ya, you don’t need to be so happy to hear halmoni’s voice” she answered it sarcastically

“No, I’m not…”

“Ah, can you come here today? The maids are having some days off so halmoni here, need your help. You’ll come right? I’ll wait for you..” suddenly she already hung up before said something about it

My halmoni was always like that
so without any other choice I got ready and was on my way there
I took the bus and got off then I walked to my grandma’s house which is actually my dad’s house too

As I arrived, I opened the gate and my pretty big house is seen
there was no maids as usual since it’s their day off

“Halmonii...” I said it carefully since I don’t want to disturb my dad

I opened some doors, but when I opened a 1 one door I could see my dad was on his phone

“Ah, sorry to interrupt” I bowed then I left quickly since my dad don’t like to be interrupted when he’s on his work

“Halmoniii…?” I continued to look for my grandma and found her on her sewing room

“Ah, you’re here, Miyoung-ah..”

“What do you want me to do?”

“Can you help me doing the houseworks?” she said that with the puppy-dog-eyes. Even though she’s old already but her puppy-dog-eyes still always works, I think that what makes my dad lent his phone to her

“What houseworks?”

“I want you to sweep the garden, mop the floor, watered the plants……………………………..” she continued saying all the housework that the house needed and when I meant all I really meant ALL

Since the house is pretty big, this will be a lot of work..

So I did all the housework.
as I was dusting the tables I found a picture of my family
there was my dad that could still smile, my mom, my sister, and me

My dad never smile again since the day my mom died and followed by my sister’s death
the last time I saw him smile was the day before mom died when we went to the amusement park where mom was still on her wheelchair, but until this day, I don’t know why did we go there when mom was already dying…

I could still remember us 4, being together as a perfect happy family
mom has always been taking care of me and my sister too

I was still remembering our memories when grandma came

“Miyoung-ah, are you done?”

“Ah, yee, I’m almost done”

“Don’t forget to water the plants later!”

“Yesss..”

“How about enjoying a cup of tea when you’re done?”

“Okayy, halmonii..”

I finished my work and came to the living room

“Here, enjoy this” my grandma put a cup of tea in front of me

I took a sip of the tea and it taste so nice and relaxing

“Mmm..it’s tasty! What kind of tea is this?”

“Look at you…you even forget about the taste of earl grey..”

“This is earl grey??” I was pretty shocked

“You never enjoy anything this nice since you move out, haven’t you?”

“It’s because I can’t afford anything expensive since I have not enough money..” I just smiled

“Here, here, drink more and water the plants ‘kay? I’m going to continue my sewing” she poured some more tea and left me

“Ahh..I think the last time I tasted this is 6 years ago maybe?” I continued enjoy the tea

When I was going to water the plants, suddenly my dad walked down the stairs

“Ah, long time no see, abeoji” I bowed formally, but he just walk passed me and went to the mini-bar next to the kitchen

As I thought, he won’t be paying any attention to me
so I went to the garden and watered the plants

After I’ve finished, I went back in to change my clothes
as I went in I found my dad was still sitting in the mini-bar

I bowed and went pass him
I’ve changed and have gone saying goodbye to my grandma
so I got nothing left there and just need to go back home

As  I walked out, I had to walk pass my dad again

“I’m going now, abeoji” I bowed and left

“Great job today..” suddenly I heard his soft voice, but I didn’t reply it and just walked away with a smile

“Ah, I forgot to tell her to drink her supplement..I hope she’ll be alright” her grandma said when Miyoung was already at her way home

Miyoung’s P.O.V

“I don’t feel so good..” I said as I was walking to the bus station

I arrived home and my head felt really heavy
my eyes started to blur and my sight was going black
there’s nothing I could see
suddenly my body lost its energy and I fell onto the floor

It’s been awhile since the last time I experienced this…

Jaejoong’s P.O.V

“Miyoung??! Miyoung??!” I held her face and looked

There was no benefits on shouting her name again and again
since she’s still unconscious
so I called the ambulance

Arrived at the hospital, I needed to call someone that’s close to her
but I only knew Siwon..
so I have to call him since I don’t know anyone else

But he didn’t show up
so I stayed at the hospital and waited for Miyoung to wake up

I went into her room and asked the doctor who was there

“So, what’s happening to her, doc?”

“Ah, this is actually her unusual illness she has been having since birth..if she worked too hard, she’ll lose her conscious but her condition now is okay, she has been worse than this a few years ago, for now, she’ll need to rest” the doctor left. I think I really know now why her life is miserable..is it because of this illness?

“So, she’s going to be alright…” I sat on the chair next to her bed and held her hand and I fell asleep for the whole night

The next day Siwon came, I could see a kiss mark on his neck

“Ah, you’re Jaejoong right?” he came to me

“Yes,” I just answered shortly

“Where is she?”

“She’s in room 399” I pointed the room

“Ah, thanks for being there for her” he smiled and went into the room

Since he’s here, I don’t know if I should stay here any longer so I went and left Miyoung with Siwon

Siwon’s P.O.V

I went into the room and already found her awake

“Ah, Siwon-oppa!” I could see her happy face, so I just gave her a smile back

“You’re already awake?”

“Yes!” she smiled “You’ve been here for the entire night, haven’t you?”

For the entire night? It must be that Jaejoong guy she meant, but she thought it was me

“Umm, yes!” I just smiled back at her

“Sorry oppa..that I made you worry…but I’m okay now!”

“Did you worked hard?”

“Well, actually I did..”

“Then you should rest more! It’s your first time in a while that you worked hard anyway..”

“But I’m already okay oppa!”

“Wait for me here..I’m going to buy you some drinks”

“Ne!” she smiled and lay down. I went out and bought some drinks
