Definition of terms

Prompt - a summary of the story that you want the writer or artist to create Prompting - submission of prompts, done anonymously through comment or form Claiming - writers and artists fill out a form with their desired prompt, then the mods will send an e-mail as confirmation Check-in - writers will send through e-mail a draft of what they have so far. The drafts will not be released to the public. Guess who - everyone will have the chance to figure out who among the list of writers or artists created the stories or fanarts Reveals - the time when the prompters, writers and artists' are made known. Everyone should remain anonymous throughout the whole event.

 

What is this all about?

The fest starts off by people submitting prompts within the prompting period. These prompts will be collected, then will be released by the time the claiming period comes. Writers and artists will choose their desired prompt and create a story or fanart based on it. They will submit their creations through e-mail, and the stories and fanarts will be posted on the fest's asianfanfics and livejournal account. The authors will only be revealed to by the time the reveals come.

Throughout the whole event‒from prompting, claiming and submission of fanworks‒everyone should remain anonymous, which means you can't tell anyone which prompts you submitted and the prompt you're working with.
