No one knew of the existence of the underworld creatures of the light and dark. They were only known in a form of folklore that were passed down for generations. They lived alongside humans for centuries without giving away their true identities but that luxury of living in peace and harmony with each other may not be a possible anymore when the ring of peace was stolen from the possession of the night elder.
