Jungkook keeps his ‘promise’ to Suga and he’s currently on his way to V’s house to give him his jacket. Thankfully, he has a good memory and remembers perfectly where V’s house is. He gets there with no problems and knocks on his front door. A few seconds later, the door opens and a woman appears.

“Yes?” The woman asks, smiling.

“Good afternoon.” Jungkook greets. “Is this V’s… I mean, Taehyung’s house?” He asks, just to be sure.

“Yes, it is. I’m his mother. Are you a friend of his?”

Jungkook freezes for a moment. “Yes. Yes, I am.” He says with a smile, that, thankfully, Taehyung’s mother didn’t realize it was forced. “Is he inside?”

“Oh, no. I’m sorry, but he’s not here at the moment. He left a few hours ago to have lunch with a friend, so I don’t know when he’s getting back. But you can wait here for him, if you want.”

Jungkook thinks that if Taehyung is with Jimin, then they’re probably going to be together for a while. Because he doesn’t want to be here waiting for V, wasting his time and being awkward with his mother, since he doesn’t know her, he excuses himself. “There’s no need for that. I only came here to give him is jacket.” He says, giving Taehyung’s mother his jacket.

They say goodbye to each other and Jungkook walks away from V’s house.

He was about to cross the street, when a black car passes by him with a window open. He notices that V is inside the car, but the latter doesn’t. ‘Weird. Does Jimin drive?’ He thinks and turns around to watch the black car that stopped in front of V’s house.

Just as the car stops, V gets out of it, waiving and smiling at the boy inside the car. Right after V’s wave, Jimin gets out of the car too and walks up to V. ‘Wait. That’s not Jimin.’

V looks a little nervous as he looks around him, as if he was seeing if there was anyone watching them. Jungkook, without realizing, hides behind a tree, with only his head popping out.
