At first, they were walking in silence. Taehyung didn’t know what to say because he didn’t even know the other boy that well, and he was still thinking and being embarrassed about their whole encounter.

“-kook.”

“What?” V asked. He was thinking to himself, so he didn’t hear what the other boy had said.

“I said that my name is Jungkook.” He said. “Even though we already talked a couple of times I had never introduced myself.”

“Oh” V realized that he hated this boy but he didn’t even know his name until now. “I’m V.” …….. “Wait, wait, no. Only my friends call me V. I’m Taehyung.”

“What…?” Jungkook had a little smirk in face. “If you say it like that, it makes me think that you don’t want to be my friend.”

“Don’t worry. I never said that I wanted you to be my friend either. If I wanted that, I would have been mad with you right now and left you here trying to find your way home alone. So I guess you’re lucky… V.” he said still smirking.

“It’s Taehyung.” He said frowning. “So… you said you were taking photos.”

“Yeah. And?”

“Photos of what?”

“Nothing in particular. Just pretty things.”

“What do you mean by that?”

“What’s so hard to understand?” he asked looking at Taehyung as if he was one of the most stupid people on Earth. “Just stuff that I consider pretty. It can be a dog, a door or the sunset. It doesn’t really matter.”

“Do you even take good pictures?”

Jungkook looked a little offended with that question. “I only take photos as a hobby, but I put my everything into it. So of course I take good pictures. In fact, I take GREAT pictures! If everyone knew what I did, they would all be begging me to take pictures of them.”

V suddenly stopped.

“What now?” Jungkook asked, stopping too and turning around facing Taehyung.

“If you’re that good, then take a photo of me so I can evaluate you.” V said with a little smile creeping in his face.

“Didn’t you hear me?” He started walking again. “I only take pictures of pretty things.”

V’s little smile disappeared in an instant and he stood there still. But before he could protest, he started running towards Jungkook because he didn’t want to be left behind to discover the way all by himself.

The rest of the way home was spent with moments of silence and a few comments here and there trying to annoy one another.

“Well, this is it.” V said stopping in front of his house. “Even though I could have found the way by mysel–”

“Oh please, say that to someone who doesn’t know you’re completely lying.”

“Anyways… thank you.” Taehyung said a little flustered.

“No problem V. Bye now!” He said, turning his back to Taehyung and walking away.

“It’s Taehyung!!!” V shouted.

“What? I can’t hear you!” He shouted back with a smirk.

“He’s doing that to hit my nerves. I hate him so much.” V mumbled to himself as he entered his house.
