PK hesitated before eyeing Remi and then the door. His voice turned rough as he realized what she was hinting at “Remi… Are you sure?”

She nibbled her lip and looked away but still she nodded

He couldn’t stop his racing heart “Look at me Remz”

“I am looking at you” She lied as she kept her death grip on the door and looked at the air above his head

He grinned even as he kissed her lips softly “I’m not going to have with you unless you beg me to”

She looked at him in shock and confusion.  incredulity rang in her voice “Wh..Why not?!”

He tilted his head as he regarded her “I’ve already figured you out… You love the chase”

“Oh my gosh stop saying tha-”

“You do” He said with a tweak of her nose “And you love being ‘talked’ into things. You’re one of the most stubbornest people I’ve ever met but yet you give in easy to things you don’t ‘want’ to do. Why?”

“I bet you’re dying to tell me” She said with a roll of her eyes

“Because ” He continued as if she hadn’t spoken “If you ‘give’ in to someone else’s urging you don’t have to be responsible for the fall out that occurs from it ”

She gaped at him. What the hell was it with him and getting in her head?

“Okay Dr.Phil I’m not paying you for a scan of my mind” She spat back as he hit the nail head on

“No you just want to and keep playing boyfriend girlfriend” He said with a shrug as he looked at her “I’m worth more than that”

“Oh do you?” She asked as the back of her mind screamed in confusion at the conversation

“I do. I deserve a girl who doesn’t have to be talked into being with me. Someone who can talk to their parents and honestly let them know that she wants to date a studdly asian cop” He said with a shrug “I deserve the moons and the stars”

She started to snort but then really looked at him. He played it off a lot with jokes and humor but he was really scared of this relationship. Remi , for the life of her, never really thought that she had a great deal of power in this relationship.

PK was the extroverted one. PK was the confident one. PK was the stronger one. PK was the one who always knew what he wanted. PK was the one who was goal oriented and dedicated. PK was the one that was the life of the party.

To Remi he was the one who always fixed the issues and protected her weak heart. She was scared and fragile. A fawn that was hesitant and skittish as she walked through life next to his ram personality. He headbutted issues away and was solid  to the point that his strength no longer was a quality but just another characteristic about him along with being tall and having dimples. He always knew what she was thinking and made counter actions to fix her issues but for the first time she realized that she’d never fixed an issue for him. She got the world but never even gave him her love

“PK...” She whispered as she looked at him. Her sorrow shining through her eyes

“Whoa what’s wrong?!” He exclaimed as he grabbed her and pulled her to him “I wasn’t trying to hurt your feelings just tease you”

She wrapped her arms around him tightly as she burrowed her face into his chest. Sobs shook her body as she whimpered out her apology to him

“What’s wrong Remi” He said quickly as he carried her into her room and shut the door behind him. One moment he’d been easing the tension and fear in her by making jokes but now she was crying

He sat down with her on his lap and he cooed to her “What’s wrong love?”

“I’m so sorry” She sobbed as she held on tight to him “I’m so sorry”

“What did you do?” He said before he tried to joke again “You didn’t cheat on me did you?”

She just sobbed and snuggled more into his chest

He tensed under her and she realized belatedly that her lack of response could be viewed as admittance of guilt. She tensed waiting for him to blow up and be upset.

All she got was a quiet and lost, so hesitant and fearful “Remz… You… You didn’t”

That was the final straw that broke the camel’s back. That terrified utterance showed her exactly how much of himself he’d put into this relationship. She’d kept herself back because she’d been so afraid of risking it all but she didn’t realize that with her being hesitant he never knew where she stood with him

“No I’d never do that” She said as she gripped his neck and shook her head furiously “I only have you. No one else. No one”

His voice grew confused as he looked down at her “Then what are you apologizing for?”

He quick acceptance of her not cheating broke what remained of her shattered heart. She got off his lap and kissed him hard.

His dazed and shocked look would have made her laugh had it not been for how much she needed to prove her love to him

She didn’t want him to ‘talk’ her into loving him or give him control because she was afraid. She needed to let him know she was as all in as he was. She leaned down and kissed him for all she was worth.

Her tongue glided into his mouth as she took what was hers. Usually he controlled their kisses but she needed to let him know that he was hers. She could make him feel good

She resituated herself on his lap making sure she kept a firm hold on his hair as she dominated his mouth. It shook something down within her when she heard his slight groan of pleasure as he pulled her taunt against him. Her moan at being perfectly aligned with him started in her soul but ended in his

Prasong eyes popped open at that as amusement colored his face. Even though Remi cursed she never really spoke obscenely or ually. Her effort wasn’t lost on him

PK tried to mumble out his confusion around her kiss. By this time in the kiss he’d be in charge and controlling how they went but she refused to back down.

“Remz” He said around her lips as she devoured his mouth

“No talking… I’m… I’m going to screw you” She said with her thick accent

All hopes of this being a serious seduction went out the window with her words. He threw back his head and laughed riotously as he hugged her close

“Why are you laughing?!” She squealed as his mirth shook her body. She held on tight to his shoulders as he guffaw.

PK heard ruffling and movement on his lap. She probably was upset with him and he pulled back to apologize but instead could only gap.
