Guitar strings strummed together, forming a quiet melody. As the keyboard and the man's vocals quietly fill the empty studio, the host starts to fidget. She plays with her fingers, runs her fingers through her hair, tidies up the papers in front of her - until there is nothing left to do.
She knows that she shouldn't: Sunny is on a job right now, and there are eyes watching her. There are cameras in the studio - she knows the staff responsible will probably upload the whole video footage on the official YouTube channel later on. Flocks of people were on the other side of the glass, with their phones and supportive messages whipped up. She knows, but she doesn't want to pay attention.
When she thinks about the cold weather, a twinge of guilt stabs at her. Night was falling, and all these people were watching her on a cold evenin such as today. They were adorned with thick coats, and their smiles. She knows that she should greet them. But she doesn't. For more reasons than one, a simple smile and a wave was too hard for her.
So she settled quietly into her chair, quietly chastising herself for being so selfish before absent-mindedly staring into into space. Before she knew it, she was consumed into a deep, dark pool of what felt like cold thoughts.
The studio was big and spacious, neatly arranged with an array of equipments. Something about the polished wooden flooring reminded her of her home. She settles right into her own seat, satisfied to just think. Every muscle feels limp and lifeless, and even her bones weighed down on her like lead.
All she really wants to do is to go home.
Sunny shakes herself right out of her thoughts as the song starts to get into it's . Tears threaten to fall, but Sunny tries hard to distract herself. With the best efforts she can possibly conjure, she starts to pull herself back to the ground.
