Jung Aeri saw her silky hair flying when Jeon Jungkook dragged her by her wrist tightly to the noisy hallway. His grip tightened when he walked faster along the many students standing by the locker chit-chatting with their friends.

Although he pulled her at a rapid speed, Aeri could sense that eyes were on her and Jungkook. Considering it was not a rare thing that happens to her, she couldn’t still get use to it and as a result she hung her head low–hiding her chin on her scarf.

However, Aeri never had seen Jungkook interacting with her like this. To Jungkook, she was just another student on the school and even if his friends did talk to her Jungkook pretends that he doesn’t know his own cousin. Maybe he really needs to talk…about something.

Finally, Jungkook stopped at the corner of hallway, which made Aeri to sigh in relief. His eyes turned left and right to see if there is somebody out there. Fortunately there was no one so he released Aeri’s hand and marched on in front of her. Aeri took a step back slowly until she hits the cold wall behind her. Now, she was trapped in his territory.

What’s with the frown on his face? And the serious look? Even if Jungkook spends a sufficient amount of time with her, Aeri doesn’t see him as serious as he was at the moment.

“Did you give someone my phone number?” His furrowed brows were almost to the point where they are joining and he folded his arms looking suspiciously at her. Aeri blinked once and scoffed, why would she give his phone number at the first place?

“No, and it was not just ‘someone’. There are like 100 text messages on my phone so it can’t be just ‘someone’.” he added.

Aeri exactly knows who could have been that, it could be his fan girls of course. Girls…She rolled her eyes as if she was not a girl herself too. As to why Jungkook asked her is because she is the only one who has his phone number except his friends and relatives but what she didn’t know is that, why does he suspect only her?!

“It was not me, okay?” she said while she rolled her eyes and tried to escape from him but the boy grabbed her by her arms and pushed Aeri back to the wall. How strong the boy is.

Aeri was quite annoyed now, she now buried the thought of keeping quiet and act cool, “Jeon Jungkook, why ask only me? I told you it was not me who gave your numbers to your hella annoying fan girls. You should’ve asked others. It could’ve been Hoseok, Jimin, Taehyung, Jin, Yoongi or Namjoon." She shrugged off the older one’s hand on her arm, huffed and moved her legs again in attempt to go away from him. This time, Jungkook didn’t pull her back like before.

She was already late for class because of him and his very little problems. Sometimes the boy has to be not popular for a second for his own safety according to Aeri.

“You would hate it too if someone you don’t know constantly messages you.” he avowed and Aeri halted her steps.

“Maybe you should make yourself uglier, idiot.”

The cousin did not reply to her later on and they did not talk to each other. There was silence, not awkward to be concise. Aeri her inner cheeks by the thought of 100 girls disturbing her, and yes for Jungkook it would be quite annoying. The boy used to enjoy his fame and love his fan girls that adore him. Must annoy the heck out of him.

Secretly by the sound of that ‘someone’ Aeri could’ve guess it was Catherine or nah. The girl is not that crazy about him. And Aeri did not give her Jungkook’s phone number to begin with. She could ask her.

Aeri realized that there was no one in the hallway since all went back to their classes. She could hear the a  loud footsteps following her and it was Jungkook with his hood over his head, again like always. As they passed the classes, Aeri couldn’t just believe that the girls from other classes screamed his name to see him walking by. I mean…he was just walking.

Unfortunately, she was greeted with a frown of their English teacher Minho. Even before she entered the room, the teacher spoke in a loud voice at her. Aeri could say he was yelling.

“And where were you?” he asked, Aeri just face palmed at the teacher and showed her infamous blank expression. Aeri couldn’t find exactly what answer should she give. Even if she did know she wouldn’t answer him anyway—at least she’ll try.

“I-”

“She went with me,” she heard a male voice that went pass her. It was Jeon Jungkook, who just released his hood and stopped walking as he tilted his head towards her and teacher Minho. Aeri still couldn’t believe how he would walk inside the classroom without even requesting the teacher.

He pressed his dry lips and opened his mouth, “She went with me.” he repeated.

The teacher gestured Aeri to go and she could just heaved a sigh. Well…Jungkook just save her . Oh wait! On the second thought, it was his fault at the first place.

And another thing Aeri doesn’t know is that why does every teacher respect him? No one would scold him or even spit back to him. Yeah…Jungkook has the highest rank now, but still no one ever behave like this when Aeri was the first rank holder.

The hallway was busy like always and she couldn’t help but roll her eyes when she overheard some girls gossiping in the corner. What they said? They were fangirling about Jeon Jungkook, boys and stuffs. Annoying Guess she’s not the type to care about these…things.

Art club activities don’t bother Aeri much as Catherine with her dance club activities. So, today she could go home without Catherine who was, again need to stay back for club things. But though they were not going home together they could atleast walk together on the way to the club room.

 Looking at Catherine who was blabbering about her whole day, something like Oh! Jimin is coming today at my house for dance practice. However, one simple flaw that Aeri has is not listening to other people’s sayings. But of course she will continue her talking even if she did notice. She’s Catherine after all. She took this a chance to ask her tall friend something.

“Hey, Catherine...” a soft voice spoke.

Catherine immediately turned her head to Aeri, her eyes were a little widen. Seeing Aeri talk to her first was kind of strange, maybe because she is just the type of girl to just join in a conversation.

“Ooh~ the girl’s talking,” she reacted quick and chuckled while looking at her shoe, still fitting to the crowded hallway. It’s the time for departure, but guess everyone don’t have the thought of going home.

“Did you by chance have Jeon Jungkook’s phone number?”Aeri popped out a question and Catherine swung open.

“Really? How could I by chance have his phone number? Cause the last time I checked you demanded money first to give me JK’s phone number,” she blurted out, “But of course Jimin gave me his phone number.”

Oh! That’s how it is. Just as she thought it was one of his friends. And Jungkook came to her first. Very well…

“Then how could you sent like 100 messages to Jeon Jungkook?”

“Like hell…why do you think I sent 100s!”

Wait! Don’t tell me “Did you give someone his phone number? Hey! I was almost glared to death, okay?”

Catherine excused herself and entered to the wooden door as they have already reached the Dance club place, maybe not just excusing herself but made an excuse.

“I might’ve given some of his fangirls when I bragged about it! Don’t worry, I’ll treat you to the pizza place tomorrow!” she shouted from inside where Jimin peeped out the door.

“Hey! Catherine Wu.”

   It doesn’t bother much, walking alone on the way home for Aeri. Although, it was easy to be insecure walking alone on the judgy streets. She could finally have peace…

A sound that is like something has hit the ground on the streets could be heard, followed by an ‘Oh’. Speaking of peace Aeri tilted her head to the back out of curiosity and she was greeted with the familiar boxy-nervous smile, it was way too similar.

She landed her eyes down to the purple with a faint of blue skateboard sitting on the ground, on the right was Taehyung’s foot and she followed the long legs up with her eyes and saw his face, smiling while sipping on the Starbucks coffee.

Ignore. Aeri spun around and continued walking; she could sense her neighbor riding the skateboard on her back. But both of them did not talk just the traffic noise, just like Taehyung’s first day of school.

Taehyung bit the Coffee cup in between his lips so that it may not fall off. His hands were in his pockets and he looked down the road to see his tracks. The girl in front of him was quite quiet, just like the he met her on the first day. Jung Aeri, who he often call as Poker faced girl without her knowing.

He doesn't know why the girl dragged her leg lazily, letting the tip of her shoes to be dirty. Maybe it’s a habit kind of thing…Poor Shoe He twirled his hands up to mess up his blonde hair and looked up on it.

Thud A small thud and Taehyung found that his drinks spilled on the shirt of Aeri’s. He didn’t realize Aeri spun around and stopped her tracks to talk to him so he crashed on with his skateboard to her. Aeri made no reaction, and showed her infamous blank face, the minute she open Taehyung could see his death right away.

She made a gap between her lips; a faint of voice occurs but instead of yelling at her (which he thought she would do because she was quite short-tempered) her eyes were caught on her blouse which was a see-through now. Gulp Taehyung’s eyes were caught too. Her blouse was wet revealing her green polka dot bra.

The girl took out her handkerchief and tried to dry out her blouse, which was not working at all according to Taehyung and she seemed oblivious about her see-through, even though Taehyung could see it. Unfortunately she didn’t wear her coat because it was a hot day.

A hint of ‘Uhmmn’ escaped from Taehyung as he bit his nails. He did not know how to say it to her exactly. They seemed to have caught eyes with Aeri glaring at him while she tried her level best to dry it up. ‘Your bra is visible’ If he supposedly say that he would receive a ‘ert!’ from her, at least he thought so.

“It is stained…” she mumbled, Taehyung didn’t even realize he just lost his cup of expensive Starbucks.

He averted his gaze to the group of boys sitting on the bench on the roadside. Judging that they didn’t wear uniforms or a little formal dress, they are not very good. The street here on the way to their home is dangerous as his mother informed, it is underrated so gang lives here.

Taehyung couldn’t help but noticed their stare to her see-through blouse too. He rapidly took off his coat and wrap it around her. Aeri twitched her left eyebrow as he signaled her there were boys on the roadside, staring at her. She soon came to understand when she took a quick glance at them. She realized that her blouse was a see-through and red blood creeps on her cheeks.

“I-”

“Uhmn…”

“Yeah…”
