"Tiffany, please."

"I'm tired, Tae."

"Can you just please let me explain?"

"It can wait tomorrow."

No longer able to argue with the statement, Taeyeon resorted to following Tiffany into their shared room. The latter proceeded to go about her business, acting as if the other wasn't there.

The silence was deafening.

They weren't ones to argue loudly - or often, for that matter - but with the stress of Taeyeon's upcoming comeback, Tiffany's pending solo debut and their group activities here and there, tensions were bound to run high.

For Tiffany, her stress can be measured by how "petty" she can be, for a lack of a better word. She would have these jealous bouts every now and then and sometimes they were reasonable, but most of the time they were absolutely ridiculous. This often led to arguments and fights that mostly end up with steamy nights and burning kisses filled with promises of loyalty and faith.

But not this time.

Not when Taeyeon was too riled up herself. Not when both of them were too tired to even argue about whether Taeyeon's interaction with a certain rapper was friendly or suspicious.
