Wheeling down the street last Winter, I witnessed yet again, the joyous festivities stacking up to Christmas. The bright colors of the wrapping paper and ribbon. The lights and christmas trees. The warm fire places and happy families. All of it made me bitter; It wasn't fair. I hadn't recieved a present in the last 7 years since my parents died, and I'm sure Baekhyun hadn't either. It made me regretful that I couldn't even do anything to get him one and I pondered this as I moved down the road. I looked in store windows as I progressed. Their were magnificent presents behind every window and the inch of glass was all that kept me from snatching them. I wheeled past a old store and then I saw it glinting at me through the window. Sitting in a black velvet bed, Baekhyun's present lured me in. I inquired about his present and even though the cost was more than our rent, I knew it was Baekhyun's. That's when I decided I would work at the palace, no matter the consequences.
