the were only a few days left of the wonderful thing that was summer vacation, and in a few days bed days with netflix would turn into all nighters with a huge pile of homework. In hope of stopping time from going forward, five teenagers had found themself at an indie café in hongdae in the seogyo distict. the walls of the café was stained such, it looked like as you stepped into a wooden cottage when you entered. many shelves in a uneven brown color filled some of the walls. with trinkets of all kind filling the shelves to the max. everything from weird necklaces to cups with a bunny smoking a cigarette to a polaroid picture from the owner's wedding a few years ago. the aroma of coffee beans and carrot cake lingered in the café that didn't have any more customers than the group of teenagers that sat by the windows in a corner. warm and cold drinks in hand. these five teenagers plus one other teen were regulars and came in almost everyday when they had free time. The owner even knew their names and they didn't have to say their orders anymore because of the owner always having them prepared. the owner an eldery man by the name of song hoseok glanced at the group at they sat there looking out the window and enjoying their drinks. they usually weren't this quiet, hoseok would always have to ask them to quiet down when they made so much noise that hoseok was sure that he would become deaf of it. but not today.
the truth is, they were scared. scared of what was going to happen in a few days. scared of all the things that will come. scared that they would no longer be able to sit here. by the windows eating carrot cake and laughing about life and it's problems. because they will be entering high school, and no one can stop that from happening.
tired of the silent depression that was hovering over the group. a boy abruptly stood up slamming his hand against the table. "why the hell are we all so depressed for?" a girl with dark brown hair rolled her eyes and sighed "heajin are you baceolus? "am i what? the boy sneered "b.a.c.e.o.l.u.s that's stupid in latin or are you too stupid to get that?" the girl answered back nonchalant. if stares could kill, then the girl would have had a hole on her forehead by now. "haejin, inna could you two just shut up?!" the girl with pigtails groaned. "yes, we are sad because we will all part ways in a few days, haejin" "yeah bu-" "let me finish, woori is at that stupid church camp and haven't been with us all summer. minah and inna are going to go to different schools than all of us. so yes we are sad. The only one lucky here is minah that's going to the same school as that minhyun guy!" Minah blushed at nabi's remark and let out a confused giggle. the black haired boy sitting by the window observing the public, woke up from his daydream when he heard she ruckus his friends made. he gently placed a hand on nabi's head and pushed her down in her chair again. "relax okay? we all got phones, so we can contact eachother on that. woori , i, heajin and nabi will go to the same school so atleast we have eachother." silence fell over the group. it was like everyone became mute for a few seconds until a happy voice was heard "i will miss you guys, a lot" minah's voice got caught in at the words. "you're like my second family" small tears fell down on her cheeks and inna gave her a side hug.
life should be like this. you should not care about anything else. you can cry, smile and bicker with your friends and they would still stay by your side.
a loud ringtone destroyed the beautiful moment between the friends. nabi reached into her jacket pocket to pull out her phone and swiped right."this is your daughter speaking" she replied cheerfully. but that cheerfullness did quickly turn into worry. "what about brother? is he okay? yes, i will go right now" the girl with the pigtails quickly stood up, grabbed her backpack and climed over haejin that sat beside her. "something happened at home, i will go first" she gave them a salute and then ran out the café but not before junseo said with a smile "see you tomorrow"
but to no of the friends knowing.
there would be no meeting tomorrow or the day after that

I'm sorry that I haven't been updating :/ there has been much going on and I don't have the inspiration and I want to write a good chapter for you all ^-^
