“What a joke I said,” Youngjae groaned miserably “It wouldn't be me.” He moaned as once again a wave of pain flushed though his body. Only yesterday he was saying all those things and of course fate needed to kick his to prove him wrong, 2am he shifted for the first time and the pain was unbearable he swore every bone in his body snapped as his form went from person to wolf, the pained screams that turned into whines and howls alerted his parents what was happening, it didn't take them long to get to his room and see what was happening. Within seconds his Omega mother was by his side his head and whispering that it will get easier and that his body will get used to it, his father stood shocked in the doorway almost not believing what he was seeing, the white fur and the unmistakable black mark on the new wolf's forehead.

It was now 3pm and Youngjae was still in pain he was unable to control his wolf and had been switching between forms frequently his mother still by his side trying to make it better, his father had left to tell the pack elder of the area that the True Omega had been found.

“Youngjae honey I promise everything will be fine, you are going to find a lovely mate and help shape the future of our lands for your pups.” She lifted a glass of water to his mouth and urged him to drink while rubbing his back. “I'm going to miss you when you go to the Northlands to be in the High Council, but luckily you get to find your mate first and I know how picky you can be with deciding things to that might keep you here for a while” She giggled happily and Youngjae couldn't help but roll his eyes he would have had some smart reply if his mind wasn't distracted by keeping his wolf inside to give his body a rest, the beast was so happy to be free it just wanted to run and find its mate, Youngjae could feel the intense need flowing through him. “Typical Omega feeling.” He whined as he rolled over onto his stomach “My wolf is practically begging for our mate already, I'm not ready yet.”

His mother laughed again and began to pat her son's back softly. “Just keep thinking like that and I might just have you here with me for the rest of my life, wouldn't that just be great my baby here forever because he doesn't want to be mated.”
Ignoring his mother's words the new True Omega frowned with a question buzzing though his head, with curiosity he asked, “How are you taking this so well?”

A smile filled with love and pride graced her face and Youngjae could feel his mother's love enveloping him stronger than hes ever felt it before.
“I always knew my baby was something special, even from the moment you were born I just knew, call it a mother's intuition.”
“Every mother thinks like that when they have a kid though.” He couldn't help but let those words slip causing himself to receive a strong playful slap on the back, he wailed pitifully.

“I just knew you were special Youngjae you didn't have to ruin the special mother, son bonding moment.” She whined while laying her back across her son's squishing him slightly. “You are leaving soon and you treat me so badly.”
The bickering between them continued until Youngjae's father returned with a younger man behind him, said man took one look at Youngjae and quickly bowed to his knees.
“My Lord Omega, my name is Tao and I will be your personal guard from now on, I look forward to serving you.”

Embarrassed Youngjae dashed to the kneeling man and quickly pulled him up. “Please just call me Youngjae I'm no lord or anything.” Red was clear on his cheeks and he tried to shake it off once he realized that Tao couldn’t be much older than him maybe even younger, there was just a look in his eyes that made him feel much older and wise.
“Ok Master Youngjae, I'm sorry I forgot how kind True Omega's are at heart, it has been a while since I have served one.” Tao smiled, his wild red hair and cat like eyes were a hypnotizing combination he almost couldn't stop staring until a strange scent that made Youngjae's nose scrunch up caused him to stop, the omega didn't know why he didn't notice it sooner the smell he was picking up was the scent of Tao's mate warning him off, once snapped out of his infatuation he realized what his new apparent guard had said. “What do you mean by that you look my age how would you have seen other True Omegas?” This confused Youngjae greatly, it didn't make sense it would have been around 120 years ago since the last True Omega was discovered.
Tapping his head Tao smiled, “You have a lot to learn Master Youngjae, it will all become clear when you join the council” Mrs Yoo moved to her husbands side grabbing onto his arm and sighed as she watched the two boys converse, truthfully she was worried about her son, there were always stories of how crazy the True Omega's pheromones could make unmated Alphas, it certainly put her son in an unsafe position.

“Tao” Youngjae glanced at his mother before turning his attention back to the redhead, he now noticed that Tao was a beta, he was muscular but lean it was obvious the other was strong but there was something about him that made Youngjae think he was different.

“Yes master?” He bowed his head at the omega, the action made Youngjae uncomfortable since no one had ever treated him like this before. “Please just call me Youngjae, we should just treat each other as friends.” This made Tao laugh and shift comfortably on his feet visibly relaxing.“Yes mast-, I mean yes Youngjae, I think we will get along well.”

After 5 days everyone had decided Youngjae had gotten the hang of everything after he stopped shifting at any moment and only when he wanted to, the horrible pain dulled to a quick intense snap of heat and his pheromones had become stable. That last problem was unknown to everyone until Luhan had decided to visit, he had been txting Youngjae to say sorry about the detention but was getting no reply, assuming Youngjae was mad at him he made his way over with a pizza and a tub of ice cream only to have the most amazing thing he had ever smelt hit his nostrils as soon as he opened the door, the food long forgotten. It took one growl from Luhan's mouth and 30 seconds before Tao had him pushed up against the will with his hand around the visitor's throat. To say Youngjae was surprised would be an understatement his best friend was looking at him with such intense hunger, eyes glowing bright gold as his hands clawed at the bodyguards wrist. Mrs Yoo was quick to action grabbing a bowl of cut up onions and holding it under her second favorite child (after Youngjae of course) and that was enough to get the other boy back to normal. The omega shuddered at that memory of his friend wanting him, Luhan's voice saying that he was his still clear in his mind, luckily they began to use the baby alpha as a test subject to see how Youngjae was affecting him.

“How do we know I haven’t just gotten used to him?” Luhan mumbled as he rubbed his neck still sore from the previous couple of days the tests failed. “Its only been like two days.”
Tao shook his head in reply, seemingly unscathed even after all the attacks to his wrists and arms from holding back a crazed Luhan. “Trust me if the True Omega wasn't in control, you wouldn't be either since you are unmated.”
“He's getting the hang of this fast.” Mr Yoo smiled proudly “It's a good thing because they want to move you to the town house to start the mate finding process.”
“The TOWN HOUSE?!” Youngjae, Luhan and Mrs Yoo gasped together looking at Mr Yoo the two boys looking like he said they had just struck gold, the town house was much less a house and more a mansion while Mrs Yoo looked sad about her son being moved after thinking he would have stayed here. Tao laughed completely amused at the reactions to the news, “Of course,” he explained, “Youngjae is now one of the highest status wolves there can be so you will be moved to the appropriate place to hold both him and be the meeting place for the mass that will come to try and mate him, council will pay for all living expenses as well as everything for this house if you wish to keep it running.” Mrs Yoo's ears pricked up at this “What do you mean if we wish?” Mr Yoo quickly placed his hand on his wife's arm, softly holding her back knowing his next words will put him in the dog box. “It's a nice offer but we will stay here, Youngjae will go, he can contact and visit us, we will also visit when we can.” He looked back to his wife ignoring the puppy dog eyes she was shooting him with. “And it wont be visiting every day right honey?” His wife nodded unhappily before running to her son and hugging him tightly. “My baby is moving out already,” She began fake crying against Youngjae's shoulder until he began to pat her back.
“Wait!” She pulled away fixing her son's clothes and huffing out a hard breath, Youngjae blinked confused from her sudden mood changes. “Don't go for people because they look or smell good, don't think with your little Jaejae ok?” She whispered as she pointed to the front of Youngjae's pants, he could feel himself slowly dying. “Think with your heart and trust your wolf.” He nodded at the advice still red cheeked from embarrassment.

“Everything is already for your move so we are just waiting for you.” Tao out of instinct bowed his head while talking “You will not need bags unless there are items you do not with to be apart from.”
Luhan whistled before slapping his friend on the back, “Let me visit you whenever I want Jae, everyone at school will be so jealous.” Rolling his eyes the slightly overwhelmed omega clicked his tongue before replying. “I'm sure you will have your own room, we will go check it out tomorrow.”

When morning came Youngjae and Tao set off in the car that was sent to them, leaving Youngjae's parents behind and Luhan had been picked up by his own mother telling him he needed to go to school.
The town house was beautiful, high brick fence surrounding a gorgeous garden fulled with so many flowers Youngjae couldn't name them all. The house itself was a modern and old style blend made from both white stone brick and clean wood panels with a dark brown tiled roof, the inside was overwhelming and took Youngjae's breath away. As he was admiring the first room they entered a deep husky voice ripped his attention away.
“So this is the True Omega? He's pretty isn't he?” A man Youngjae didn't recognize walked in with two others following, he could smell they were all Alpha's from this area, maybe they were here for him. The wolf inside him whined excitedly at the scents he was getting, the one with the husky voice that spoke turned to the slightly taller blonde alpha with the serious face next to him and waited for a reply. “He looks like a girl.” The blonde smirked turning to the other boy who had not spoken yet, his hair was minty green and reminded Youngjae of a really creamy green tea ice cream, the boy being looked at by the blonde simply shrugged in response.
Tao was close but simply watched what was going on, not wanting to interrupt.
“I can hear you.” The omega responded not sure if the comments were mocking or complements.
“Well please forgive us Princess.” The husky voiced one bowed, “I'm Himchan, obviously the only one around here to fit your beauty.” He winked at Youngjae before getting shoved aside by the blonde.
“My name is Sehun, I'm going to be the one to blow you off your feet.” After his words Sehun blew a kiss towards Youngjae and he swore he was hit with a wave of breath stronger than it should have been from the distance making it feel like the kiss hit him.
The pastel green haired boy walked forward, towards the omega and leaned close to Youngjae's ear. “Call me Suga, and omega,” there was a slight pause as he ran his hand up Youngjae's arm before he continued, “you are going to be mine don't forget it.”

The voice so close to him and the touch made his body shiver he was seconds away from showing his neck for the stranger before Tao had already gotten between them growling at Suga to back off.
That's when it sunk in, it had started. People were coming to be his mate and he needed to pick.

oops updated early haha so uh stuff is happening and the first three coming into it is Himchan, Sehun and Suga. . Honestly im just drawing names out of a hat to when they come out. I feel like I could be making a sandwich thats going to be too big to fit in my mouth haha oh well just as long as I finish this it should be ok. ALSO IM SORRY ABOUT THE BLOW YOU OFF YOUR FEET THING OMG I COULDN"T THINK OF SOMETHING BETTER FOR HIM TO SAY BECAUSE I WAS LAUGHING AT THAT SO MUCH.
