It is an adaptive story of famous survival horror game, of Naughty Dog, The Last of us. It is about post-apocalyptic United States revolves to the story of Joel and Ellie. But the thing is it will be “Joel” and “Ellie” parallel story, love, anger, jealousy, pain, sadness, and happiness.

The infection spread world-wide and now this will be the story focused on a 2 survivors who settles in South Korea will soon that their world collides and all they need is to help each other to be able to survive this world-wide pandemic, the cordyceps brain infection. Will they able to survive?

Main Characters

Im Yoona as Joel

A 24-years old survivor, she is struggling because her girlfriend died because the cruelty of the world took her life. She loves her so much even she died, her love for her never faded. She works in construction as a mason, also has a passion in music, she plays guitar and sing because when she was young she dreamt to become a singer. She has a dark character, a very timid one, she take both sides, good and bad. Soon, someone betrayed her and her partner, where they sell their “good” (weapons) to the queen of the firefly and that she meet the queen of the firefly and made a deal if she and her partner send the “girl” to the headquarters the “goods” will be back to them.

Jessica Jung as Ellie

A 26-years old survivor, queen of the bad words, every time she speak there is always swearing and curses. She is just a lively person, she grew up in an oppressive military quarantine zone in Busan, she has a best friend but she died because she was bitten by infected. She was bitten also but she didn’t turn because she is “immune” and caries a mutated form of infection inside her body. 3 weeks after she got bitten she knew that the infection have never an effect to her so she told to her caretaker, Taeyeon, the queen of the firefly.

Tiffany Hwang as Sarah

A 25-years old woman who’s in a relationship with Yoona, she died because she was shot by a soldier because the soldier was commanded to shoot both Yoona and Tiffany because they are running away to the infection zone.

Kwon Yuri as Tommy

A 25-years old survivor together with Yoona, they are half siblings, she is also working in construction with Yoona. Yoona and Yuri got separated due to the infection outbreak, and she joined the fireflies but left the team also and started a new life in Jeju.

Choi Sooyoung as Tess

A 24-years old survivor, partner of Yoona after the 5 years Yoona lost her girlfriend, then they began to formulate a group where the other survivors live together and they are helping each other to survive the post-pandemic world. Later on the story she will die because she sacrifice herself so that the military will not catch Yoona and Jessica on their way to firefly but before she was shot by the military she was bitten by the infected so she rather choose to die for her friends rather to turn to infected.

Kim Taeyeon as Marlene

A 27-years old survivor, she is the queen of the Fireflies, the caretaker of Jessica and also she is the ex-girlfriend of Jessica. She is fighting against the totalitarian rule of the military in the Quarantine zones to restore a form of functional government. But in spite of their efforts the military began to kill and arrest her members and their numbers began to decline. Then suddenly she learned Jessica’s immunity and she consulted it with her private surgeons that there is a possibility to reverse-engineer a vaccine.
