When we arrived home, my jaw drop when I saw how big the house compared to the orphanage.
" A fly gonna fly in that mouth of yours ." He said chuckled
I closed my mouth and grab my bags, I'm used to doing my way
" Adiya, you don't have to do that ." He said
" But, I wanna ." I said
" But you don't have to ." He said trying reason with me
" Mr. Andy, it's kind of useless arguing with me, I'm very stubborn when it's comes to these things ." I explained
He shrugged his shoulders in defeated as we headed up to the house.
When he opened the door, something didn't feel right to me. But I ignored instead and of focusing in it.
Then came face to face with a group of boys that I have to call stepbrothers.
" Mr. Andy, I have to work to tonight ." I said
" What time will you be home ?." He ask
" 2:00am ." I said
His face didn't look too happy about the end time.
" When do you leave ?." He ask
" 8:00 pm ." I said
" 8:00 pm to 2:00 am ." He said shocked
" Neh sir ." I said
" Did she know ?." He ask as we went upstairs
" Neh, I even trained myself in various martial arts to protect myself from the drunk guys in the club ." I explained
He looks little bit relax now then before.
" I'll let you unpack then mr. Jacob come and get you for dinner ." He said
" Thank you for adopted me, I thought I would never get adopted until today and wanted to thank you for that ." I said shyly
" You're welcome and enjoy the family ." He said as he closed my door
As I began to unpack in my new home with a new family, I couldn't believe that I adopted today I'm so happy.
I took out my outfit for tonight then the uniform for my school that way when I come home in the morning I can catch some sleep.
I left my guitar, amp, and my laptop packed because I need to take those thinks with me for work.
After I put all my clothes away, I then heard a knock at the door.
" Who is it ?." I ask
" Miss, it's time for dinner ." I heard someone said
" Neh ." I said as I opened the door
I headed downstairs to the dining room to eat with my new family. My first family dinner I can't wait to enjoy.
When I entered the dining room almost everyone had bloody steak except me. Mine was cooked to perfection.
But I wondered why they eating bloody steak, won't they sick from that.
" Is there something wrong here ?." Hyungski questioned
Mr. Andy had already told me all of their names I shook my head no and begin to eat my food before it got cold.
" What's that ?." Kevin said
I gave him a confused look
" What's what ?." I asked him
" That's in your mouth ." He said
" Food and teeth also my tongue ." I said
" Yeah, I know girly but on your tongue ." He said
Soon everyone is staring at my mouth. But then I remembered that I have my tongue pierced.
" Oh ! That ! I guess I forgot tell you ." I said as I looked at Mr. Andy
" You think ." Kevin said
" What is it Adiya ?." Andy said
" I have my tongue pierced ." I said
They looked at me in shocked because have you ever of Korean girl have their tongue pierced. Nope ! This is rare for them.
" What time is it ?." I ask
" 7:00 pm ." Min-woo said
Holy hell ! I get ready for work !.
" If you'll excuse I have a prior engagement I need to tend too ." I said as I bowed then I ran up my room
After I took 60 seconds shower then I got dress for work.
( excuse t.I and cher, I only want her outfit )
I also applied some basic makeup nothing too spontaneously.
I grabbed my work ID along with my guitar, laptop, and my amp because lord knows I'm gonna need it later.
I dashed down the stairs towards the front door. I said my goodbyes as I rushed past them because I cannot be late for work.
My boss would kill me if I'm late by a millisecond of 8:00 pm then I'm consider jobless from then on.
