The rest of the weekend flew by, and Hyo Eun couldn’t have been more happier that it did. Jessica had left Sunday morning, after Tyler had called her to meet him at a cafe near the school.
Hyo Eun couldn’t catch a break from Jessica’s crush. All Jessica talked about on Saturday was Tyler. Tyler this, Tyler that, he’s so sweet and all of these other things that Hyo Eun didn’t even want to remember. It was always nice to hang around Jessica, but as of lately Hyo Eun didn’t even want to be in the same room as her. Her sister hadn’t returned home until late Sunday, so it was just her and Jessica. All alone. Oh how Hyo Eun wished she never fell for her best friend. It was torture to her, not being able to express your feelings to your very homophobic best friend was taking a toll on her. And that near kiss on Friday night scared her. She couldn’t believe that she had almost kissed Jessica. Imagine if she had, and Jessica woke up? Hyo Eun didn’t even want to think about the consequences if that had happened. Now it’s Monday again and Hyo Eun did the same routine she always does in the morning. Today, she decided to take her own car, knowing that Hyo In was going to pick up Tiffany today. She didn’t want a front row seat to their love fest. So, she went downstairs and grabbed an apple, and got her keys from the table next to the door and headed out. She got into her car and drove off to school. After a while she noticed a girl walking on the sidewalk. Hyo Eun knew that person very well. She honked her horn and pulled up beside the girl that now stayed standing where she was. She rolled down the window and smiled, “Hey, Krystal. Need a ride?” The girl, Krystal, gave Hyo Eun a smile back and opened the door, getting inside and putting her backpack on the floor in between her legs. “Thanks, unnie. Jessica unnie forgot about me today. Tyler-ssi had come and picked her up in the morning.” Hyo Eun frowned and drove off again, turning left to the next street. “She forgot you?
