"How was class sweetie?" Donghae asks the hyper mess in the backseat

"It was soo fun! Nari showed me how to pop!"

"Like... like popcorn?" Donghae asks

"Nooo!" Hyerim laughs "Can I show you when we get home?"

"Of course dear." Donghae smiles, with a sigh of relief. Hyerim sways her legs back and forth on the ride home, with Donghae watching from the rear view mirror "We're home."

"Yay!" Hyerim shouts as she runs out of the car and towards the elevator to their apartment "Hurry appa, hurry!"

"I'm coming!" Donghae shouts back from the car

"We missed the elevator!"

"It's okay, it'll come back in a few minutes." Donghae smiles "In the meantime, do you want to show me that... thing?"

"Popping?"

"Yes."

"Nooo."

"Why not?"

"Because someone might see me..."

"Well I want to see you..." Donghae tries to encourage her

"Nooo appa." Hyerim laughs

"Oh look! Here's the elevator!" Donghae says and picks up Hyerim

"Appa!" Hyerim pouts

"What?"

"Put me down!"

"Nah." Donghae laughs and unlocks the door to their apartment "Promise me you'll get right to your homework now?"

"Promise!"

"Okay." Donghae says as he puts her down "Now go work, I'll start dinner."

"Okay appa." Hyerim pouts as she sits down at the table and pulls out her work. Donghae grins and looks for something to make for the two of them for dinner. After a few minutes however Donghae figures that ketchup, white bread, and milk wouldn't make a very good dinner, he decides that tonight they'll go out and get something. After Hyerim was finished with her homework of course.

"Appa I need help."

"Sure, what's got you stumped?"

"Math."

"That devil again?" Donghae asks, as she nods

"It's hard!"

"What are you doing?"

"Fractions...." Hyerim complains, before fake barfing

"Okay, what are we doing to them?"

"Adding."

"That's easy! Here, first we find a similar number. What's similar between 2 and 6?"

"I don't know!"

"You do sweetie, just think. How about... 10?"

"No..."

"Then... 11?"

"No."

"Do you know a number now?"

"No!"

"Let's try... 12 okay?"

"Okay..."

"What does it take to make two become 12?"

"Multiply by 6?"

"Right! Then we need to do that the top so what's 1 times 2?"

"2... I think I got it appa!"

"Then work it out and I'll check over your answer, okay?"

"Okay appa." Hyerim says as she finishes the problem "Here."

"Perfect. Are you done with your homework now?"

"Yes."

"Okay, then let's go out and get something for dinner okay?"

"Okay!"

Donghae smiles as they walk to the car.  "What are you hungry for?"

"Pizza!"

"You had pizza last night."

"Fine..."

"How about we get... chicken?"

"Okay." Hyerim smiles a bit. They get to the restaurant when they hear someone shouting

"Hey!" The person shouts from behind them, when Donghae turns around "Hey Mr. Lee!"

"Oh hey Mr. Lee!" Donghae says as Eunhyuk runs up towards them

"I told you, you can call me Eunhyuk." Eunhyuk smiles "Hi Hyerim."

"Hi Mr. Lee." Hyerim smiles

"What are you doing here?" Donghae asks Eunhyuk

"Getting dinner. You?"

"Same thing as you." Donghae laughs

"I know, you'd probably expect a dance teacher to be balancing a salad or something."

"No! Not at all, I mean you could eat whatever you want, I mean I think?"

"You wouldn't mind eating with me would you?" Eunhyuk asks

"No! Not at all, you don't mind do you Hyerim?"

"No." Hyerim giggles

"Then let's eat." Eunhyuk says and picks up the pack and gets a table for them. "What grade are you in Hyerim?"

"Second." Hyerim gloats

"Second?! Already? I'm sure your dad is wondering where all the time has gone!"

"Every single day." Donghae says between bites

"So Mr. Lee..."

"If I can't call you Mr. Lee, you don't have to either."

"Then may I know your name?"

"Donghae. Lee Donghae." Donghae smiles a bit

"Alright Donghae, what do you do for a job?"

"Just... a salaryman."

"Gee that must be boring. No offense."

"Oh no, I'm well aware. I admit it, it's not very fun."

"Then why do you do it appa?" Hyerim asks

"Because, someone has to pay for your outfits. I'm sure you don't want to be sitting at a computer all day doing boring things would you?" Donghae asks, laughing

"No."

"Then there's your answer." Donghae smiles "Are you done?"

"Yes."

"Ready to go home?"

"No..."

"We shouldn't waste anymore of Mr. Lee's time."

"You're not wasting my time Donghae." Eunhyuk laughs

"We should go home anyway, she has to be in bed by eight."

"Noo." Hyerim whines, before rubbing her eyes

"Tired?" Eunhyuk asks, smiling, "Good night Hyerim."

"Night night Mr. Lee." She mutters and her eyes flutter

"See you later Eunhyuk." Donghae whispers

"See you." He whispers back as Donghae escorts Hyerim back to the car, and to their house. By the time they reach the apartment Hyerim fell asleep in the back seat. Donghae smiles and slings her into his arms, carrying her all the way up to their little apartment. He gets into the house and lies her down on her bed before kissing her head.

"Good night my little princess."

And with that Donghae gets himself ready for bed and lies down on his bed, thinking about Hyerim and as much as he didn't want to admit it, he ended up think about Hyerim's dance teacer... Eunhyuk
