I’m inside my dressing room while waiting for the crew to fix the problem they had with electricity. I’m playing angry birds on my phone, well that’s the only game I can play. Anyways, I heard a knock on my door and saw that Jjangmae coming in, I smiled at him as he sits on the chair in front of me

“We’re going now Dara..” He said and fish out his phone on his pocket

“Why? They haven’t fixed it yet?” He nodded his head as he read something on his phone

“They will re-schedule your photo shoot and hope you can forgive them for wasting your time coming here.” I was about to answer him when I heard another knock and one of the organizers came in

“Miss Park, can I talk to you for a minute?” He asked, I smiled softly at him and motion for him to sit

“We’re very sorry for what happened. We’re doing our best fixed the problem but it might take time. If it’s okay with you, I will re-schedule your shoot anytime you want.” He said

“You don’t need to say sorry, these things happen with everyone. I tell Jjangmae to call you and inform you about my free day.”

“Oh thank you Ms. Park! Sorry for wasting your time again..”

“It’s okay. So can I go now? I really miss my daughter and I don’t trust Seungri a lot when it comes to taking care of my little girl.” He laughs and nods his head, we said goodbye to the crew and went inside my car. I dialled Jiyong’s number but he’s not answering

“You need to sign some papers Dara before you can go home. YG said he left it at the receptionist and he needs it and the end of this day.” I heard Jjangmae said, I just nod my head again as I continue typing some words in my phone

Hey baby, I’m on my way home. They re-scheduled my photo shoot because of some technical reasons. Can’t wait to see you and Chay – I press the send button and look outside the window. I’m really tired but knowing I would see my little girl makes me somewhat forgets what I’m feeling.

BACK AT THE YG BUILDING

I don’t know what I will say to Chaerin or how to start this conversation with her. I love her like my little sister but things are a bit complicated right now between me, her and Dee.

“Chaerin I think I don’t have the right to say to you everything you want to know about Chay. Like what I’ve said earlier, you should talk to Dara.” I said again, I saw her look at me, you can see the sadness in her eyes

“But she won’t talk to me. Even if I do want to ask her, she always shuts me out” she answered, she leans her back on the chair as I stare at my fingers

“I already asked her twice to give me a chance to explain, Oppa. I didn’t mean to hurt her. I swear!”

“Then why you haven’t come back for her? You’ve been gone for three years” She looks at me in the eye

“I have reasons Oppa, please don’t act like I forgot her for the past 3 years!”

“You always say you have reasons but you can’t even give us one! No matter how she pushes you, If you really have reasons, you already told her that!” I look at Chay, she’s still busy playing with Minji and oblivious to what’s happening around her but I saw Bom and Seungri looking at us

“I don’t want to talk about that, I came here to talk to you about my daughter.” I scoffed at her and furrow my brows at her

“I’m the one who adopted her for me and Dara, Oppa. Hope you won’t forget that!” She stands up and was about to walk-away from me when I speaks

“You’re the one who adopted her but now she belongs to me Chaerin and not with you!” She looks at me and pushed me, Seungri and Bom run towards me but I stopped them

“You want to punch me? Go ahead!” I told her as I lean my face closer to her but she didn’t move a bit, I look her straight in the eye as I speak

“You had your chance and you blew it! I told you to take good care of her! Treat her like a fragile girl! You promised me you won’t hurt her but look what you’ve done!!” I yelled at her

“You hurt her too, Jiyong! You’re the first one to broke her heart and I was there to pick up those little pieces and give my best to make it whole again!!” she yelled back at me, she’s right, I’m the one who hurt Dara first but like her I have reasons

“You know why I need to do that, Chaerin! I sacrificed my love for her so those damn haters will leave her alone! Do you think I like to see her cry because of me? I distant myself from her ‘cause I can’t bear the pain I’m seeing!” I run my fingers through my hair and sits on the chair, I saw Minji hugging Chay and trying her best for the little girl not to hear our conversation

“That’s why I’m happy when you tell me how you love her and aodre, Dara. It breaks my heart more to see her happy with you but knowing you since you become a trainee here, you can protect her much more than I can do. “ A single tear escape my eye as memories of Dara and Chaerin floods in my mind

“We both left her so please don’t judge me like I’m the bad person here.” I heard Chaerin said

“I’m not judging you and there’s a big difference between you and me. I left her because I needed to but how about you? You left her because of what? Fame?”

“I left her because I want to give her a better future in the US where they can accept us for who we are! Do you think it’s for me to leave her here?!”

“But you didn’t come back!”

“Yes I did not because I made a biggest mistake on my life alright! I had everything! My career was going up the hill but I felt pressure and stress competing for a position in the US spotlight! You don’t have any idea what happened to me!” I look at her as her hands starts to shake; she looks at me as I look at her

“O-oppa, I.. I used—“before she can finish her sentence the door opens and we saw Dara looking at us

No one dare to move nor speak as Dara’s keep on looking at Jiyong and Chaerin. She can tell that both of them are crying, when she arrives and signed the papers, she asked if Seungri already arrives with Chay and when she said yes, she asked her where they are and she told Dara that they are upstairs with Jiyong and Chaerin

“Mommy..” Chay said and run towards her mother, Dara lean down and carry her daughter. She looks at Jiyong and Chaerin again

 “I’m leaving with my daughter. I’ll talk to you later Jiyong.” She said, she turn around and walks towards the door when Chaerin stops her by carefully grabbing her arm and spun her around

“We need to talk please..” Chaerin begs as she looks deeply into the eyes of Dara and smiles weakly at her daughter

“I told you there’s nothing to talk about Chaerin. Now please I want to go home with my daughter.” Dara answered firmly, she pulls her arm on Chaerin’s grip but the latter won’t let her go

“Just tell if it’s true.” Chaerin said, she doesn’t care if she pleads or begs in front of her

“Please tell me if she’s mine.” She added, Dara’s body stiffened on what she said as tears flows from her former lover

“She used to Chaerin but now you don’t have any rights with her anymore. Now will you please excuse us..” Dara answered as Chaerin releases the grip from her hand, she watch Dara and Chay walk-away from them

‘I’m sorry..’ she whispered as she cries hard, falling into her knees, Minji and Bom run towards her while Seungri looks at Jiyong

“Things won’t be easy for now Chaerin ‘cause I’ll do anything to have Dara in my life until the day I die..” Jiyong said
