DARA’S POV

I immediately pulls my daughter away from her, I don’t care if my daughter will ask why, We both started to walk away from her when I heard she calls my name

“Sandara..”I don’t want to stop walking but my feet are betraying me

“Please just give me a minute or two..”she said again, I look at my daughter, I smiled at her and squeezes her hand

“Chay, can you wait mommy inside? Auntie Chaerin and I need to talk about something..”I said to her

“Okay mommy, take your time..”she answered, I give her a smile and watch her walk towards the inside. She’s out of my sight when I turn around and look at Chaerin

“Five minutes Chaerin, you say what you wanted to say and after that you’re not going to approach me again nor talk to my daughter..” I said, I saw her nods her head at me and I sit on the bench outside

“H-how old is she?”I heard her asked me

“I’m here to listen to you Chaerin not to answer any questions from you!”I answered

“Please don’t yell at me, I’m here to talk to you in a nice, calm way..”

“Just say what you want, Chaerin! I have a lot of things that I needed to do..”

“Please answer my question..”

“I told you—“but she cut me off

“I need a god damn explanation!” I look at her and anger starts building inside me

“Explanation?! You want me to give you an explanation?!”I asked her and I don’t ing care if we’re both shouting

“Yes! I have the right to know what happened to you!”I laugh sarcastically at her, I shook my head and look down on the floor, I stand up and look at her straight

“And I don’t have the right to know what’s happening with your life while you’re a thousand mile away from me?!”I asked her

“I’m trying to reach out to you to explain my side but you keep on shutting me out..”I can tears on her eyes, to be honest I don’t want to see her cry but I want to remind myself that I don’t give a damn care anymore

“I don’t want to hear anything from you, I don’t care what happened to you back in the US. I gave you enough time, enough time to tell me everything but you didn’t..” I turn my back on her and was about to walk when I felt her hand on my waist, hugging me behind my back

“I am sorry. I’m sorry for everything. I didn’t mean to break your heart, Dee. All I want is to give you a good life in the US but it didn’t happened..”she said, I try hard not to cry but I failed

“Let me go..”I answered

“Dara please..”

“Let me go Chaerin. I’ve got nothing to do with you anymore. I was out of your life for the past three years of my life..”I forced her to remove her arms hugging me and walk-away. She didn’t stop me this time and all I want to do is to run away from here and live in a place where only me and daughter can live

‘It’s time for you to move on and forget about me. Starting today, treat me as one of your members..’I whispered and went inside

As days goes by, Chaerin and Dara are both having a hard time not to see each other at the YG building. Everywhere Dara goes, Chaerin is there, vice-versa. There friends wanted to help the two but they don’t know how. YG inform the 2ne1 members that they need to post a video informing their fans for their up-coming comeback

“Just like the old days, Bom and Minzy, Dara and Chaerin..”YG said, Dara wants to protest but he’s their boss

“I want to see the result before lunch time and make sure no one will suspect anything, specially Dara and Chaerin..”he added and looks at the two

“uhm yes Oppa, we’ll finish the video message before  lunch..”YG nods his head and tell them to go and start creating a video. Dara went out of the office first followed by Minji

“Do you have any idea, Chae?”Bom asked her but she shook her head in response

“How about you?”Chaerin asked her

“I do have one but not that much, let’s just focus on the comeback and say to our fans to be ready. Maybe you can sing a bit of the song so they will get excited..”Bom suggested

“Yeah that will do but I want the four of us to sing, not only me..”Chaerin said

“Okay, come on, let’s tell Dara and Minji..”Bom pulls Chaerin and follows the two, Bom saw them enters the practice room

“Okay ladies, here’s what we’ll do. We’re going to inform them that we’re going to have our comeback one of these days. As always Chaerin will talk first then Dara then Minji and me..”Bom said

“You can tell them anything you’d like but make sure it is related with our comeback..” she added

“Okay Unnie, that’s not hard..”” Minji said and they went to their position. Bom place the videocam in front of them and starts the recording

“Okay game!”Bom said

“What’s up! We’re 2ne1!”the four ladies said

“Hello guys! I know that you might be a little confused about this video of ours but we have a surprise for you!”Chaerin said but no one dares to move, Bom pause the video and look at the girls

“Well that went well. Okay guys please, we need to do this for the fans. We owe everything to them and this is the only way to say thank you for our fans all over the world..”Bom said and look at Dara and Chaerin

“I can act okay in front of the camera Bom but I don’t want to stand next to Chaerin..”Dara said frankly, Bom looks at Minji then to Chaerin

“Let’s switch places Unnie..”Chaerin said to her

“But this is our original places. The fans might notice something..”she said

“They won’t notice a thing. If you guys want this video to be done before lunch then do what I suggested..”Dara said and without a word Chaerin trade places with Bom

“Let’s try it again Unnie..”Chaerin said, Minji knows that Chaerin was about to cry when she look at her and give her a small smile, as for Chaerin that helped her a lot. The video went well but Bom notice something different on the video, Dara’s cold face and Chaerin’s swollen eyes

“Do you think Oppa will accept this?”Bom asked Minji, they are now on their way to YG’s office with Chaerin while Dara left because she have a photo shoot that day

“Ah I think so, there’s nothing wrong with our video, right Unnies?”Minji asked the two but no one answered her

“Maybe.. Maybe this is not the right time for our comeback..”Chaerin said, the two looks at her

“They will notice something about me and Dara and I can’t hide the pain I’m feeling right now..”Chaerin added, Bom place her arm on Chaerin’s shoulder

“Hey ssshhh, don’t cry. Whatever is happening right now, I know in the end Dara will forgive you. Give her a little more time to heal. You know how much she loved you Chaerin..”Bom said to her

“I know Unnie, I won’t forget that and to be honest, I still love her. Not a day or night pass by that I’m not thinking about her and you know what hurts me more?”she asked the two

“It hurts to know that she already belongs to someone else. Someone who she loved before me, I promise Oppa to take care of her but I didn’t..”Chaerin said, Minji felt pity on her Unnie, yes she’s mad at her for not contacting Dara for the past three years but tell herself that she needs to know the reason why

“How old is Chay by the way?”Chaerin asked the two

“I don’t know how old she is, I only knew that she had a daughter the day you arrived..”Bom answered, Chaerin looks at Minji

“Uhm Unnie..”Minji said

“I just want to know Minji, is she jiyong-Oppa’s daughter too?”she asked her again, Bom looks at Minji but the latter can’t look straight at them

“Chaerin, you’re just making it more hard for yourself..”Bom said

“No Unnie, I won’t. I asked Dara about it by she don’t want to answer me..”Chaerin answered

“She’s not Oppa’s daughter, Unnie..”Minji said, the two look at her

“Then who?”Chaerin asked her

“Chay.. She’s... She’s your daughter..”Minji answered
