“Don’t tell me you’re planning on murdering your own husband” he stares straight into my eyes without fear.

“Yes! Because he’s being too unreasonable and harassing me” I made up the most horrible excuse I could think of.

He smirks as he quickly bent my arm backwards causing me to loose grip to my knife. We tousled around in the bed to the point of falling down the bed with everything coming with us. Every time I caught hold of the knife, he manages to seize it back like it wasn’t a problem. How can this man be so strong even when he’s ill? He stole the knife and rapidly got up, standing tall and straight. I breathlessly got up too as my hair's a mess. I angrily glare at him and jumped to snatch the knife back but he would switch hand. I jump again, he switches. I jump again, he switches. It repeats.

    I frustratedly exhale and thought of something which I consider clever. I smirk and grip onto his silk sleeping robe belt tugging on it which made him flustered. I took advantage of the chance and seized the knife back.

“I’m not playing with you anymore” I said about to leave as he stops me. I turned around as he snatches the knife away from my hand again. Enraged by his child-like attitude, I struck him as he dodges my attack. Without noticing, I tripped over the pillow and pushed him down with me causing the both of us to hardly fall against the ground.

Thud!

The knife slides away as I tried to reach for it again but he prevents me from doing so. He rolls on top and pinned my hands to the side at the same time using his weight to hold me down. I was out of ideas, so I screamed for A’Li since I knew fighting him off would be useless. A’Li could finish him off in one second since his martial arts isn’t any better than A’Li’s.

“A’Li! Help me!” I started to shout.

“Shut up” He demands, getting anxious.

“A’Li!” I continued to shout as he looks around for something to plug my mouth, but everything was a mess. He automatically moves down and stopped my mouth with his.

My eyes widen. I completely went blank and dumbfounded. Both of our eyes staring straight and reflecting each other. His mouth tasting like medicine and hinted with warmth due to his fever. I opened my mouth to scream for A’Li at the same time he tightens our embrace causing his tongue to insert into my mouth. Gross. I kicked him off of me and quickly stood up. We both blankly stared at each other as I wiped my mouth.

“If you dare tell anyone about this I’ll kill you for sure!” I threatened and ran for it before he can speak.

As soon as I entered my bedroom, I slam the door behind me as I leaned my back against it. I heave heavily thinking back to our kiss. The moment I flashback to it, I instantly scrub my lips with my sleeve. How dare he kiss me?! I’m so disgusted! Crap. Realization hits me. I left my knife in his room. It was the knife A’Li personally made for me. I sigh.

I’ll have to go back and get it when sunlight arrives.
