PERSONALITY ♡
+ Cheerful, Extrovert, Honest. - Cowardly, Gullible/Naive, Tactless/Blunt, Forgetful. Miyoung grew up with very few friends because, even thought she was friendly with everyone and didn't have a hard time at making friends, people would walk away because of some things she'd say. You see, Miyoung doesn't really have that filter that tells you not to say something or to say it in a kinder way; if she thinks something about you, she'll most likely say it to your face, just the way it is, no matter how harsh it sounds. Very few people like to be told the truth to their faces, so they would stop talking to her; but being the cheerful girl she is she doesn't really care much. Since Miyoung is pretty talkative, you never know what she might say, but few of her closest friends have adquired the ability to detect when she's going to say something people find offensive and they quickly change the topic or shut her up. Sadly, Miyoung is one of the most forgetful and clumsy people you'll ever meet. Her parents always nagged her because she'd often forget her lunch or school projects at home. The thing is that Miyoung doesn't really pay much attention to her parents because she's always thinking of something else, being in her own perfect world, and her parents hated that. Perhaps because she's so absentminded, she can be pretty gullible too. If you tell her something, she'll most likely believe it, even if it's a lie, that is because she trusts people too easily and can't see when she's being lied to, which can end up badly sometimes. Miyoung has one flaw that she hates about herself, but no matter what she does, cannot change: she's a coward. Be it watching a horror movie, or confronting people or problems, she just panics, she absolutely hates it. That's why she was bullied at school sometimes, because she wouldn't do anything to stop the bullies. |

THERE'S MORE TO YOU THAN MEETS THE EYE...
PAST ♡ Miyoung was born at St. Helier Hospital in Sutton, a large suburban town on the lower slopes of the North Downs in South West London, England. She was the second daughter of the Son family. Her brother Hyunsoo being three years older than her. Miyoung's parents were both of korean ethnicity, her father had moved to Englad while he was in college, while her mother had been born in England to korean parents. Her father owned a prestigious law firm in Sutton, so her family lived a pretty comfortable life. Her mother was a housewife who dedicated all her time in taking care of her children and making sure everything was well. Later in her life, Miyoung discovered K-POP and she fell in love with it. Like mentioned before, Miyoung had always loved to sing but she came to realise it would be very hard to become a famous singer in western countries because she was asian, but she saw an opportunity in becoming a singer in her father's country, Korea. She went to Korea with a friend that could actually speak the language so that she wouldn't get lost or something. She auditioned for SM in the 2010 auditions held in Seoul. She was very nervous that day, because one; she didn't speak a drop of korean and two; because she could see and hear that there were people there that were tremendously talented. In 2012, she decided to leave SM because she was overworked and mistreated... Just like most of their idols, but she couldn't really stand it. One of SM's staff that had become her friend told her she should audition to JYP Entertainment, where she probably would be treated better. She listened to her friend and after being released from SM, she looked online whether JYP would be holding auditions soon, luckily for her, they would be holding auditions in around a month. She prepared as much as she could and she sang "Best thing I never had" by Beyoncé, she almost didn't pass the auditions because she was very nervous, but she luckily managed to, earning herself an entrance to the company. After three years of being a trainee and doing most of the same things every day, Miyoung decided to create a schedule in order to have time for everything. Miyoung wakes up very early in the morning to go and have a morning run around the neighborhood, then she goes to the company to practice everyday for as long as she's told, if the day's schedule isn't too busy, she'll try to hang out with her friends or maybe just go out to have some fresh air and enjoy the city. Now that she's going to debut soon, she trains even harder with the rest of the members, most of the time eating at the company so that they can practice more. Miyoung is now more than ever practicing her dance skills, since she dances like a spider wearing high heels on an ice rink. Miyoung and her mom are in pretty good terms. Even thought her mother didn't really want her to become a singer, she still supported her all the way and was very happy to know she had passed the auditions. Miyoung's mom calls her at least thrice a week and visits her at least once a year to see how she's doing. — Father / Son Taejung / 51 / overprotective, caring, sometimes mean. Miyoung's relationship with her father is not that great. It was good before she suggested going to Seoul and become a singer, but after that, they became distant to each other because that's not what he wanted for her. Amber and Miyoung are pretty random together, they're pretty much best friends since she was one of the first people to approach Miyoung. They love to have fun together, and from time to time, they dress fancily and drink tea, mocking Miyoung and her previous lifestyle. Even thought Miyoung's not in SM anymore, they still hang out as many times as their schedules allow them to. — Friend/ Lee Minyoung / 25 / cheerful, fun, dependable, dorky. Min and Miyoung are not as close as Amber and Miyoung are, but they're still very good friends because their randomness unites them. SUMMARY ♡ There's no specific word to describe Hongbin, he's just...Special. When you meet him at first, he's super quiet and awkward, he'll just talk to you if completely necesary, so don't expect much from him if you're not friends. Also, he's super awkward with girls, so if you're a girl, it'll be even more hard for him to aproach you. Once he opens up though, it's a complete different story: He's a very goofy guy that loves skinship, loves to make people laugh and is a complete sweetheart. Hongbin gets easily excited, therefore he's happy most of the time. He's a very loving guy who likes to treat everyone in a nice way. Hongin loves to smile and to make people smile as well, also, he's very calm and will help to solve any situation as peacefully as possible, without anyone getting harmed. He's also a very hardorking person and he tries his best to make everything as perfectly as possible. When he likes a girl he tries to get her attention as much as possible, but not in a loud or scandalous way, but with little details here and there, so that she feels special and not just like any other girl. FIRST MEETING ♡
Miyoung and Hongbin met after Hot Summer debuted; Hongbin was a special MC for a music show they were in. Hongbin finally offered her to take her to where her dressing room may be and she accepted, feeling completly awkward because she thought he looked even more handsome in real life. All the way to the dressing room, they had the most awkward conversation anyone could imagine because for the first time in her life she didn't really know what to say. Once on the dressing room, she thanked him and he left. She sighed in relief and was about to go inside when she felt someone tap her shoulder again. "This may come off as creepy, but can I have your number?" He said. She was surprised, but she still nodded and gave it to him. "Let's hang out sometime, okay? I'll text you" And with that, he ran, leaving Miyoung in a daze. RELATIONSHIP ♡ Hongbin and Miyoung are very awkward around each other, but not because they're not close, but because they both like each other. Actually, ever since that time when he texted her to hang out, they started texting each other almost every day, but since because they're both very busy, they can't see each other. They'll sometimes do videocalls, but that's not very common because they think it's awkward to talk that way, which is ironic because it's awkward for them to even talk in real life. Hongbin is always trying to make Miyoung smile, whether it is by saying compliments to her or by making her laugh. Also, even thought Miyoung is a year older than Hongbin they talk comfortably (meaning they don't have a noona-dongsaeng relationship, more like friends of the same age), occasionally Hongbin calls her noona just to , and she'll call him Bean-ah, or Kongie to as well. CONCLUSION ♡ I don't know... Surprise me? I just want them to end up together ^^ |
