APPEARANCE ♡ Jihyun has pale skin and has a small birthmark right above her left eyebrow. She wears contacts most of the time but when she doesn't, she has a pair of black nerd glasses. She has three ear piercings (one on each lobe, one on her left cartilage). Jihyun is 167 cm tall and weighs 46 kg. She also has natural double eyelids, something she is very proud of, and has a slim, toned figure from years of dancing. Though she goes along with whatever her stylists do to her hair, she personally prefers having long hair. Her hair's natural color is a dark, almost-black brown but she dyes it often. Her nails are always painted intricately.

STYLE ♡ Jihyun, as a fashionista, likes to experiment with her clothes, but usually her style can be described as chic. She likes neat, sophisticated and elegant looks and enjoys wearing blouses and blazers with form-fitting slim pants. Her shoewear consists of heels, boots and sandals with the occasional sneakers. She prefers to leave her hair loose, but when she's working she braids it over one shoulder or pulls it into a high bun. Jiyun knows she's awesome. She knows she's gorgeous, she knows she's a great dancer, and she knows that there are girls who would kill to be her. She feels that there is little, if any, reason to be self-conscious. She might not be the smartest academically, but she's street-smart, and she has a killer eye for fashion. It's her belief that getting top grades in school doesn't matter as much as knowing what you want and pursuing it, and that this will lead to a unique, satisfying life. Her confidence is an asset in that she is comfortable on camera and is able charm crowds, but it does have its downsides in that she can get arrogant. Being overly full of herself was a problem when she was younger, but since her mother sat her down and talked about it Jihyun has been working on controlling her confidence, with positive results. Nonetheless, sometimes she can get a bit bratty and obnoxious.
(+) Jihyun's confidence is an asset in that she doesn't spend much time worrying if she's good enough. Rather than losing sleep over her self-confidence and risking depression, she pushes herself to be​ good enough. Her confidence in herself makes it easy for her to talk on camera. Also, she very rarely gets embarrassed.

Jihyun has sass. Lots of it. Her cheekiness (Kpopdazed, "cheek" in this instance is a synonym for sass/impudence, sorry about being unclear about it!) tends to charm and amuse people, and they cut her a lot of slack unconsciously because she's pretty and vivacious, but at the same time it can be a negative trait in that she can sound a bit rude or arrogant. For the most part, though, it is well received and makes her a hit on variety shows. Jihyun is the typical example of someone who acts before thinking things through. Since she is very emotional, she tends to follow whatever feeling she has at the moment and this causes her to be unpredictable and spontaneous. This adds to her charm on TV shows.
(+) Jihyun's sass and spontaneity makes her popular for variety shows, and her unpredictability keeps life interesting and fun for the people around her (and her fans).

As a woman who believes in her self-worth and knows she has talent, Jihyun is not one to take insults or dismissals well. Countless people over the years have dismissed her as another vapid pretty face with nothing but her looks to speak for her, and this... pissed her off. Jihyun set out to prove that she was more than a pretty face and threw herself into dancing and even did her best to get high scores in school. All this resulted in a trait that wouldn't let her rely on anything but her own skills and hard work. Though admirable, this caused some friction when Prestige was first formed because she didn't rely on them as much as they wanted her to and tried to do things alone. Group meetings where the members poured out their feelings made it possible for Jihyun to tone down her fierce independence, but she is still a woman who believes in her abilities and self.
(+) Jihyun's independence is good because she tries to be recognized for her own actions and hard work rather than relying on other people. Her independence gives her the motivation to be the best at whatever she does because it'll prove that her own efforts brought her to the top.
(-) Sometimes she can insist on doing things all by herself, not relying on anyone, and this can cause problems in the group dynamic.

competitive - 
Jihyun, being the emotional and amibitious person she is, tends to get very fired up about competitions of any kind. She dislikes losing and strives to be the best at what she does, so to her losing is a sign of failure. Her competitiveness drives her to succeed, but sometimes it does get out of hand when she gets too into it. Over time this trait has lost much of its negative qualities and serves as a main source of motivation for her.
(+) Her competitive nature gives her the motivation to be the best because she likes winning. This pushes her into doing everything she can do succeed.
(-) Sometimes she focuses too much on winning and can hurt her competition's feelings (gloating when winning, etc.), and when she loses she usually sulks for a few minutes before bouncing back. Her gloating and poor attitude in losing have lessened with her group's help.

PAST ♡

Jihyun was born in Daegu where she lived for thirteen years, starting dance lessons when she was eleven. Before her mother passed away, Jihyun's family lived an upper-middle class life, with her father being a well-paid surgeon and all, so growing up she never had any financial concerns. The Song family moved to Seoul after her mother died in a car accident two years after she started dancing, and she dealt with her grief by throwing herself into dance. During this time she decided she wanted to have a dancing career and took more intensive dance classes so she could try being an idol. She enrolled in Byungmal Middle School when she moved to Seoul, where she met Seulgi, who would later become a member of SM's girl group, Red Velvet. The two girls became best friends after discovering their shared passion for dancing and they enrolled in Seoul Performing Arts School together. When Seulgi became an SM trainee, she tried to convince Jihyun to audition as well. Jihyun auditioned for SM a few years later but was rejected, which made her doubt her choice to become an idol. After her rare moment of self-doubt she grew angry and swore to herself that she would make SM regret turning her away, and devoted herself to dancing 110%. She also took basic singing lessons because she was aware that idols couldn't rely on one skill to make it big. Eventually she auditioned at smaller companies and was accepted as a Jellyfish Entertainment trainee when she was 17.

PRESENT ♡ 
Jihyun lives comfortably in an apartment in Seoul with her father and younger brother, with little financial concerns. Ever since her mother died when she was 13, she has been taking care of the housework in the family (cooking, cleaning, grocery shopping, laundry) and has trained herself to wake up early so she can fill up her mother's absence. Before her debut, Jihyun usually woke up at 6 and cooked breakfast for her family. Since both her dad and brother are heavy sleepers she had to go back once or twice to wake them up as she was preparing their meal. Jihyun then washed up and headed to the Jellyfish building for a day of training.

Since becoming a Prestige member, Jihyun lives with her groupmates at the dorms provided by their company. On days without schedules, she wakes up at 6 and does whatever she wants for half an hour or so. Then wakes up the ones still sleeping and they cook breakfast. On a schedule-free day, she either chills at the dorms, goes to the practice rooms to perfect her dancing, or visits her family.

SUMMARY ♡ Sehun is the maknae of EXO-K and comes off as being cold and arrogant. Though he seems moody and hard to impress at first, he is actually shy and doesn't quite know how to express himself in words. He cares deeply for the people he loves and, around the right people, he is extremely loving and affectionate. Sehun might seem cool and distant, but in truth he's a dork. Sometimes he can be whiny and bratty, but considering his maknae status it's almost expected of him and it's endearing anyway. There is something about him that makes people want to spoil and pamper him to an inch of his life.

Sehun is the maknae of EXO but he is also an incredibly talented dancer in his own right. Sometimes he can't fully express himself with words, so he does that with dancing instead. He is hardworking and does his best for the group, and loves his bandmates like family. He sometimes blurts out whatever he's thinking without filter when he's around people he's comfortable with; around such people, he is talkative and playful in an almost childish manner. Sehun likes skinship with people he's close to and, when someone gets mad at him, he becomes upset and does his best to fix things. He claims he can't do aegyo, but is practically b with it. With people he knows well, he lets down his guards and shows his childish, playful and slightly immature side (like begging his hyungs for bubble tea).

   SURELY YOU HAVE THAT SPECIAL SOMEONE...

FIRST MEETING ♡ The two of them met before either EXO or Red Velvet debuted. Jihyun and Seulgi had planned to go out for fun, but Seulgi was still getting ready after dance practice and Jihyun had to wait for her. Jihyun was waiting for her in the SM waiting room when Sehun saw her. He thought she was there was an audition and asked if she needed help getting anywhere. Jihyun thanked him but explained that she was waiting for a friend, which made him embarrassed. The two of them stood around talking until Seulgi came down and since then they exchanged numbers, becoming good friends, especially after they discovered that they went to the same high school.

RELATIONSHIP ♡ Sehun and Jihyun become closer when Jihyun and Seulgi have a fight over something or another and Jihyun turns to him to vent. After becoming better friends (and the girls reconcile), EXO debuts and Jihyun expresses her support for him. Even when they have all debuted and are incredibly busy, the two of them stay in contact. Sehun isn't very good with words, but Jihyun's father and brother are like that so she knows what he's trying to say without much issue. Sehun appreciates this and finds her independence and sass admirable, while Jihyun likes having someone who can listen and loves seeing his dorky, playful side. The two of them have a very comfortable relationship where they rely on each other equally. 

CONCLUSION ♡ Seulgi notices that the two of them are crushing on each other and decides to do something about it, and recruits Kai into her matchmaking plan. Somehow the matchmaking crew gets bigger and chaos ensues: Jihyun is suspicious but doesn't know what they're up to, and Sehun feigns being oblivious because he doesn't want to know. Misunderstandings arise (Sehun thinks Kai likes Jihyun, etc.) and things get needlessly complicated until everyone gets fed up and shoves the two into a closet behind the stage of a show they're both on. When they're finally allowed out, they've agreed to give dating a shot.

FAMOUS LAST WORDS ♡ I'm really looking forward to this!! I tried to pick a love interest who wasn't EXO, but seeing as they were the ones to bring me back into KPop and I don't really know anyone else, I ended up choosing Sehun. T_T I hope you don't mind! Also, for the scene suggestions I guess it's clear I like having the guy being jealous. ^^
