(This takes place after Minseok is dragged out of the sick bay by Luhan)

The pool had returned to its usual bustle of activity. Minseok sat by the bleachers, silently watching the swimmers engage in various water sports.

Luhan plonked himself beside him a couple of moments later, and held out a can drink at his face. "Earth to Minseokkie~~..."

Minseok scoffed lightly and accepted the drink, starting to wrestle with the metal flap. He was never good at opening cans, even though he had practised on them several times before. "Stop calling me that," he muttered.

"Why? It's cute!" Luhan protested. He hesitated a while, before pulling the can out of Minseok's grasp and wrenching it open with a flick of his wrist. "If Jongdae can give Baekhyun a pet name, why can't I?"

"They are still young. We are more mature, and it is funny to be using pet names. Besides..." He took a sip from his drink, "I am not your spouse or something."

Luhan perked up and shifted closer. "Would you like to be my spouse then?"

He received a thunk on the head with the metal can, with some soda sloshing out and dripping down his hair, but there is still that aggravatingly bright smile on his face. It irritated Minseok a little. Just a little.

Then he felt it. That odd prickling feeling.

"Luhan..."

The professor turned to him with a curious expression. "Hmm?"

"I feel like we are being watched." Minseok wanted to kick himself for sounding so shaky. For something that is probably a figment of my imagination, why am I getting all nervous?

"Watched?" Luhan scanned the crowded pool for a few seconds. Then he turned back and clicked his tongue. "Well... I feel more like we're the ones watching instead of being watched."

Minseok sighed. "Yeah, you are probably right." He dipped his head and stared down at his can.

But...

I most definitely felt that creepy sensation of being scrutinised, every move we make...
